This is not the first time it happened. If we go all the way to order inperson when we can order online - we expect the right outcome. It wasnt busy when we came, only 2 cars. Specifically asked for NO LETTUCE, Extra MAYONICE (That we paid for.) then give me the opposite?? (NO MAYO WITH A BUNCH OF LETTUCE) Why would I even go back there to replace this, when I'm already at home and ready to eat what I didnt order?

Albert Barseghyan makes the best french fries! This was the best french fries I have ever tasted and it was even better with that perfect ranch sauce! Recommend to everyone!!!

This restaurant is the closest one to me, otherwise I would never come here again. One out of every 2 times that I have ever come to the restaurant, my order is never correct or there’s entire items missing. I always have to go back or they put my name in a book. I should be in the book 3000 times. Best recommendation I can give for this one is to avoid it and go to the one on Rt. 35 in Hazlet.

How hard is it to put an order together? It seems like it’s really hard for them to get the order right. Always forgetting something. I didn’t know it was so hard. Never fails to disappoint.

I only buy Krispy Creme here. People seem to love this chain, but not me. I never eat their food. I only did when I was a very young child. ($.19 burgers!) No one seems to manage the front counter. They always seem clueless being totally dependent on the mobile app way of life now loved by all. Again, not me. I want the personal experience. Call me old school! Oh, and those 4 stars are for the donuts. I do not eat anything else there.

I visit this McDonald’s a few times a week. There’s one employee a short Young lady with dark hair in better words. Her attitude does not belong at that store or any other establishment yesterday morning. I could barely hear because the speaker there is kinda low and I asked what she said twice and she snapped at me and I said why an attitude her reply was if you don’t like it go somewhere else. i’m thinking she didn’t realize the speaker was still on when She said This is how you treat customers 🤦♂️
