I only buy Krispy Creme here. People seem to love this chain, but not me. I never eat their food. I only did when I was a very young child. ($.19 burgers!) No one seems to manage the front counter. They always seem clueless being totally dependent on the mobile app way of life now loved by all. Again, not me. I want the personal experience. Call me old school! Oh, and those 4 stars are for the donuts. I do not eat anything else there.

I visit this McDonald’s a few times a week. There’s one employee a short Young lady with dark hair in better words. Her attitude does not belong at that store or any other establishment yesterday morning. I could barely hear because the speaker there is kinda low and I asked what she said twice and she snapped at me and I said why an attitude her reply was if you don’t like it go somewhere else. i’m thinking she didn’t realize the speaker was still on when She said This is how you treat customers 🤦♂️

I visit this McDonald’s several times a week, and while the food and most of the staff are fine, there is one employee who single-handedly ruins the experience every time. The older woman with reddish hair who seems to take genuine offense at the mere act of a customer placing an order. If you ask a question, she looks at you like you’ve personally wronged her. Her tone is always hostile, her attitude consistently unpleasant, and interacting with her feels less like ordering food and more like navigating an unprovoked confrontation.
I understand that working in customer service, especially at her age, is frustrating. It’s unfortunate that she’s in this position. But that does not excuse taking it out on paying customers who are just trying to grab a meal. The sheer negativity she brings to the experience is enough to make me reconsider coming here at all when there’s a Taco Bell across the street and a Burger King down the street.

Customer service was definitely not good,girl at the windows was disrespect, fries were cold and soggy and I ordered 2 fish sandwiches and they looked like slidders,they are making them smaller and smaller and not even a half of slice of cheese....when u order a fish sandwich just check it.....terrible.....last time I'll be goin to mc Donald's..better off goin to shake shack or five guys....at least you get your money worth

I want to know why the false advertise that they are open to 12 ????????????? Close at 1130 !!!! I’m going to contact a lawyer watch and see Complete lazy ass losers who work there says they close at 12 I showed up at 11:45 and they were closed already complete bullshit !!!
