there was no orders behind or in front of us. employee just started making drinks 10 minutes after we got to the window. saw the 2 employees laughing instead of making our drinks. very slow service..

I recently became a Starbucks girl and I’m glad to start my day being greeted by Lisa and manager Drew. Drew makes sure that even on the mornings it is so busy he takes the time to make me feel special. It’s a great way to start the day. I know Drew works really hard to run a great shop!

Went through drive through at Starbucks in Aberdeen, NJ. Service was exceptional. Apparently Starbucks no longer makes brewed coffee in decaf so a decaf Americano Expresso was offered. It was super bitter and the barrister went out of her way to make it right. Appreciate the customer service which is often lacking these days.

I want to thank all the staff here at Aberdeen and especially Kelly . I left my purse outside on the chair and realized it almost 20 to 25 mins later so called and spoke to Kelly she checked and kept it safe. Thanks to her and all the staff.

On 5/3/2025 they close the inside over 40 minutes early with a sign on the door what is this employees being lazy ??? Not open the hours stated closing the lobby early for paying customers

This is usually my go to Starbucks unless it's on a weekday morning because the drive through is mobbed. When I choose to go, I usually use drive though and drive directly up to the ordering screen. However, there are times I wait well over a minute to order. Other than that, the people who work there are very kind and always have positive interactions.
I dont even wanna give a star bc this is the worst Starbucks ive ever been to in my life. I always have an issue. Its always under staffed, i wait 10 mins for a HORRIBLE matcha or coffee that isnt cheap. It tastes like you guys put chemicals in your drinks. I have a friend who works at starbucks in another location and this is not how my drinks should taste. This starbucks needs to do better. Im so disappointed and will not be ever coming back.

Starbucks customer for almost 25 years & today was the worst customer experience ever! Ordered a single drink in store. Waited , waited & waited. I inquired twice where my order was in queque because I had to leave. I was told it was in the works. When I was ready to leave the barister pointed it out on the crowded counter. It did NOT have my name on it. My hot drink had been sitting there and was lukewarm. They offered to remake it but by then I had wasted enough time in the store, I left. Not going back.
I order from here a lot since it’s close to my work. For some reason when I order ahead my drink is never ready! It completely takes away the convenience of it. Not sure if it’s understaffing or what, but I’ve been placing my order 15 mins ahead and it’s still not ready on my arrival. Just defeats the whole point. Really disappointing….
