They were very busy and we waited awhile for our food which was okay. I asked for lemon or lime for water and they never brought any. Asked for gluten free bread on burger and brought regular but corrected it.
The Sky Cafe in Pittstown is an absolute treasure—part diner, part front-row seat to a runway show. Where else can you sip coffee, enjoy a phenomenal breakfast, and watch planes taxi by? The food is outstanding: crispy home fries, a perfectly cooked Maverick omelet, and coconut banana brioche French toast that belongs on a postcard. Service was just as impressive—friendly, fast, and genuinely welcoming. A spot that soars above your typical café experience!
This place is amazing. My mom really struck gold finding this place. Food is incredible, the outside is great with airplanes, and the servers are top notch in quality service. Their omelets are my favorite from here. Our waitress Salume was fantastic. Efficient, kind and her suggestion of the pumpkin cheesecake was phenomenal. I have yet to have a negative experience here. When that day comes, he'll will freeze over!
