We go every year for family holidays. Great owners and service. Food is delicious. Maybe best ever this year. Thank you!
Both of us ordered the wild boar, having had it on several occasions. I thought the meat very tough and so did my friend. Offred a replacement, we both ordered the lamb chop starter (3 instead of 4 that makes up the main course. It was a very good choice. When the bill came, we were both charged $39 for the boar. I pointed out that the price for this starter is $20 less. They adjusted the bill accordingly.. Many of the places I frequent would not have charged for the entire course because of the disappointment, but not this place.
Always a great experience, this time with bringing 'new to the area' friends to share. Warm greeting, excellent service, delicious specials. And the French onion soup is the perfect start.
The food is very good. The menu selection is excellent. The service is good, but can be overbearing.
Lovely host. Good service. Nice fish and chips . The sauce on the steak was a little much. The room was quite chilly . Otherwise a great time.
Excellent dining experience. Host and Hostess were gracious and accommodating. Even let us bring our pet Giraffe in.
Had a wonderful dining experience here at the Pittstown Inn. My wife had the Lobster Thermidor and I had the Halibut with couscous and bacon wrapped Brussel sprouts which were delicious and well prepared.
Richie was very accommodating and saw I was interested about the Inn's history and did not disappoint with his pride and inthusiasm while explaining.
We were first to dine for the evening and everything came out hot and timely. The staff was very polite and attentive. Yes, the owner stopped at our table and made sure we were satisfied with everything.
We should all be thankful that establishments like this still exist. There are not that many fine dining restaurants around any longer. I hope the Pittstown Inn does well and prospers.
Definitely will be going back again. Parking is across the street. Well lit and a short hop to the Inn. Thank you for a pleasant evening. See you again soon.
Went for lunch on Sunday afternoon.
Good location, very good ambience, friendly waiters. The owner stopped by to inquire.
I was there with my son and my missus.
They had pasta and an omelette.
I had a Hanger steak.
It was tough,and extremely chewy.
May be I will try something else next time.
. Extremely chewy.
Our server Jason was outstanding!!!! Lovely atmosphere and nice drink and appetizers after a nice bike ride on the DnR canal trail.

We went for brunch and sat outside on the patio. Service was incredible as was the food. It's right next to the road so we expect road noise but it wasn't constant and didn't take away at all from our enjoyment. We found the whole experience relaxing and just what we were hoping for on a summer Sunday afternoon.

Built and functional infrastructure maintaining rock solid ancient building since 1703. Spice & Roots is a fantastic fusion of Indo-American and Southern country styles added with a fusion of mughlai! same chef who carries authenticity since past 24 years The ambiance is cozy and welcoming, and the food is absolutely delicious. We loved the spring rolls , veggie pasta, burger and as well my friends had some zafrani style dishes mixed with of all fusion . The staff is friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend if you're looking to try something unique and flavorful!
Very friendly staff, professionally served wine.
Thanks to Jason for making our dinner so wonderful. Mr. Garry (carrying roots from Tamarind, Ny who owns this place since 11 years have greeted us well making our dinner a homestyle.
