Food is delicious! Lentil soup is the best I’ve ever had, and the wraps are delicious. The meat is fresh and juicy and the food is amazing.

Food was DELICIOUS! Generous portions. LOVED the lentil soup. Staff was friendly and made sure my food was hot when I went to pick it up. I got a chicken gyro, Greek salad and lentil soup. All delicious and extremely filling! Finished everything over two days. Will definitely be going back!

Excellent food and service! We tried the mixed grill, the meat and rice were flavorful and delicious. Lentil soup was also very delicious and hit the spot!
We will be back!

I have eaten at all the restaurants around this area and this is by far my favorite restaurant. The food is delicious. The Portions are great, and the quality of food is above all the best. Susu the owner is so friendly and personable, and she is the reason this place has been doing so well. She has a great personality and makes sure all her customers are happy. I go everyday there for lunch and have brought my friends from all over here and they love it. I’ve also had some parties catered from here and Susu really hooks it up. She does an amazing job with catering for a large parties. Thank you Susu for being a diamond in the rough

Had the pleasure of working there for a while, co-workers and staff were great. Go there to eat, the best french toast topped with real blueberries. Update: They are open again for breakfast. Everything was great, highly recommend. 1-20-2025

I recently had a disturbing experience at this establishment on a take-out order, where a woman (middle-eastern) behind the counter mocked my 4-year-old daughter's facial features in front of a Latino coworker.

As a parent, it's heartbreaking to witness such behavior. In the past, I might have handled this personally, but now I focus on protecting my family's well-being. That's why I'm sharing this experience to warn others about the discriminative business practices of this establishment.

The disappointment is that we have multiple friends that order from this establishment, and being that this business is minority owned, the behavior is extremely disheartening.

My wife and I recently stopped in to get a family size platter. The staff was extremely helpful working with us to make sure we had enough food for our guests. They even through in some extra chicken for the kids. It’s nice to have another local option to feed a large party.

We passed by from NYC to pick up some wine next door, and had the most wonderful dinner here (it’s BYOB). Everything we tasted was delicious. The falafel was the best we’ve ever had! You could tell lots of care goes into the food. The place feels authentic and homey, and the owner and staff were warm and friendly. Great people and amazing food!

I ordered Schwarma platter and asked for sauce .. I should have checked before leaving but got all the way home and NO SAUCE ... My entire night is ruined. Now I have to put ketchup on this because its the only thing i have.... Never returning with this kind of attention detail

I'm a small local business that worked very hard to make Allendale Mediterranean Grill successful.  In return, the former owner and son of the new owner insulted me via text for about 1 hour continuously claiming I violated our contract, when actually it was he who violated our contract.  We were supposed to be the restaurants online ordering system (no additional cost for diners or the restaurant), but the owner didn't comply with the contract and then blamed me when I helped his staff correct the incorrect restaurant hours on google (his staff said he was so busy that they couldn't get hold of him, and he alone had control of the google account).  Once I fixed it, he started insulting me.  I recommend staying away from this place, support more ethical business owners.
