We tasted the difference in the food quality. We suspected that they make everything from scratch, they confirmed it after our meal. All from scratch, including the labneh. I love labneh, but it often tastes similar and not quite as good as I remember people making it years ago. This place has labneh that is unique, homemade, and wow. It stands apart and high above the rest. The veggie mezzo($22) sampler is a must. Absolutely delicious. The falafels are homemade and the by far better than anything I've had in NYC or anywhere else in Jersey. I usually try to find something that can be improved upon and leave it in my comments. But I have zero feedback. I'll definitely return, hopefully often. The gyro wrap($14) was very good, but next time, I'll probably try a falafel wrap. This is my new favorite place. The people that work here are super nice, warm, and welcoming. It felt like we were at a friends house.

I've been going back and forth about leaving a review but decided I should. We went for lunch on a Sunday afternoon and the music was blaring to the point you couldn't hear anyone speaking. There was one other person in the place. Be forewarned, all their beverages are in cans and if you're lucky you'll get more than 3 ice cubes in your glass. We ordered the hummus, was good, but served with stale dried out pita bread. My husband ordered the kebab wrap and I the moussaka. I love moussaka and always order it but here they served it with rice. I don't like rice so I asked if I could substitute veggies . The waiter suggested a salad and I said fine. The waiter didn't write anything down and instead of the wrap brought my husband the kebab dinner and when we told him it was wrong he said it was what we had ordered. He took it back and brought the right order, which my husband said contained maybe 3 pieces of meat. As for my moussaka, it wasn't, it was ratatouille. There were 3 chunks of eggplant, 3 chunks of pepper and onion and some tomatoes and they forgot the pita bread.To say we were very disappointed is an understatement and to add insult to injury they charged me $2.99 for a " side salad" . Will definitely not be back, there are much better Mediterranean places in the area.

I had reservations for the morning of an important event and when we showed up they were closed. When I inquired with them about what happened they were not apologetic at all. It left a bad vibe with me and I didn't try it again for another year. Now I have twice. The food is very tasty, albeit a bit too oily and expensive.

$25 for an entree that was delivered cold. It was 95% rice with the balance chicken and 2 leaves of lettuce for what they call a salad. Called to complain and they told me the chef said this was their normal order and there was nothing else they could do. Will never order from them again.
Can't believe I haven't been back here for so long! Excellent lunch, service is great & love the authentic flavors. Felafel are perfect!

We had lunch today, Dec 30th for the first time. The waiter suggested some choices and everything was absolutely delicious . The flavor, the cuisine, everything was superb. We will definitely be back . Thank you !! Food was so fresh . We surely enjoyed our visit !!!!
