Ice cream doesn’t taste fresh, they are frequently out of toppings and sometimes turn off their blizzard machines an hour before close. Unfortunatly, this place has gone down hill. I don’t blame the staff, but getting ice cream here leaves a lot to be desired.

Great experience here with my kids. They were super generous with the scoops and put a huge smile on their faces. Thank you!

Awful experience. First time going to this DQ and we spent $22 for three people of ice cream. They usually flip the blizzards upside down before handing it to you. Not a single blizzard was flipped upside down. They were handed to us melting with no lids. Immediately when pulling off, one of them fell off the weak drink carrier they gave us and everything spilt all over my brand new car. Ruined my carpet. And the service was completely terrible. It took begging them to even get the one ice cream remade when they didn’t even bother ensuring it wasn’t melted.

Parker Robins. Exceptional service. Kid served 7 ice creams in under 5 mins. Give this kid a raise

This DQ used to be one of my favorite places to get ice cream when I was younger but it's changed a lot. In terms of service, there were three teenage girls behind the register that were loudly chatting with two other girls across the counter, I think they all might've been friends. It took a bit to get their attention to order, and when I did one of the girls was quite rude and condescending when speaking to me.

Unpleasant as it was, I think this kind of service might be pretty much normal nowadays for local eateries, but I was also disappointed with the ice cream quality. The soft serve was watery and had very little flavor from what I remembered, while the price had jumped up. I haven't been to a DQ in a couple years, so I'm guess the recipe was diluted due to inflation?

Overall it felt very unwelcome and the ice cream wasn't good.

we came before closing and the door was locked the two girls inside working refused to let us in yet there was two teenage boys in there. It was nowhere near closing as marked on the door. Never coming back to this location because of the discrimination.

This would be the third time in a few months that I showed up at 12:30 and the store is CLOSED. The sign says 12 noon. That's what you get when H.S. kids work the store. They have NO concept of time and responsibility. I arrived at 12:15 with the idea of purchasing one flat cake and two large round cakes for a 50th anniversary. At 12:30 I gave up and drove to CARVEL in Ramsey and purchased them there. Your loss, I guess $100+ sale is NOT important. Same old, Same old..

i went in the other day and this lovely young woman luca took my order. she was so helpful and kind. she helped me chose what to get and quite honestly made my day. we need more people like her in the world and especially at dairy queen’s everywhere.

My last 2 experiences here were terrible. The first was that the blizzard had none of the ingredients I ordered. Then yesterday, the first two ingredients I asked for we're not available. Finally I asked for pecans, but what they put in the blizzard as pecans weren't nuts of any kind. The worst was that the soft serve was so watered down, it was basically liquid with a little firmness in the center. I will definitely not be back to this location.

Went in at 9:15p last week on a night they were supposed to close at 10p. All the ice cream was covered and someone was sweeping behind the ice cream cases . I thought they were closing at first. I didn't mind they were trying to get ahead of getting out of there, I get it. I felt bad though asking if I could see my ice cream options and ended up bailing out by getting soft serve. Rhanking maybe wait to cover the ice cream until 15min before you're going to close? All good... I loved my soft serve and was happy with it! Thank you!!!
