The short lady is always cursing at customers in Spanish and I find that very unprofessional. I hear it all the time & by the way I am one of the customers she curses at after she tells me to hold on . she always has a nasty attitude and messes up orders . Received the wrong order, 3 bagels for $17 (two were just cc, barely) They're bagels for crying out loud.25 people working a shift, but no one wanted to take orders or make orders.

Food is good. But customer service is inconsistent, and they disregard the menu price always charging extra.For example I paid $10.37 for an $8.99 bagel sandwich ($8.99+taxes is 9.59). The worker stated the extra charge was due to an administrative fee and menu error.The food is good. But be prepared for inconsistent service and random prices (always above the menu price).
