Fresh and tasty, nice portions and always unique specials on the menu! Service is very good too. However, don't expect a lot of ambiance inside though. The lights are too bright with worn looking decor and dingy walls BUT the food sure makes up for it.

Unfortunately, not the same Masa. Spicy Tuna roll wasn’t even holding together, dripping.California rolls for the kids were dense. It pains me to say, it’s over for me after a few orders recently. Please consider quality control so we may return.

Gave this place a try twice and both times the rolls were overwhelmingly filled with rice, very little tuna or salmon.

Amazing and authentic Japanese food. Everything is cooked perfectly and the beef teriyaki had the perfect texture. Everything was amazing.

Fascinating Restaurant, Indeed. I enjoy it. Excellent Food and Flavor of the Food they serve their. I've been a customer of Masa Sushi and Grill for between 10-15 Years. And I still Enjoy it. No Doubt about that.

Masa, our favorite neighborhood Japanese restaurant. We come here regularly and have never been disappointed. The food is authentic and superb, and the service excellent. Don't really need to say much more. Come and try it...you won't be disappointed.

I definitely don't like the overwhelming fishy smell when you walk in.. I also feel like we were looked at as if " how dare you walk in with no reservation " but they had room and sat us.... started with spring rolls. mushy inside.. came with no sauce. shrimp tempura app was ok. pork belly special was soggy and not appetizing in the least. we also got some sushi.. spider roll which was fishy spicy tuna roll which came with no spicy mayo and was also fishy. the way they were platted was idk strange but the sushi was not up to par for me. I just feel like the quality is not there. I don't really understand how this place is so popular. our waitress was very nice and attentive.. but I am a foodie and this is not a spot I would ever return back to.

Well run sushi restaurant, including fresh imported Japanese fish. Chefs are skilled and deliver Japanese style food. Bring your own alcohol.

Can’t believe I hadn’t been here in 5 years. High quality, and lots of options not seen at other localsushi spots (Spanish mackerel, Japanese mackerel, Japanese herring, live scallop, etc.)

Love Masa. We used to order every week. Great fresh sushi and we loved their negamaki. They no longer deliver so we have had to look elsewhere.

Sushi was not good. Very small menu/variety of rolls is limited. Fish didn’t taste fresh. There was a fishy after taste. Service was horrible. Felt very rushed and was basically kicked out. My friends and I have tried multiple sushi restaurants in NJ and this was by far the worst.

Sushi and sashimi were fresh and nicely done. Meal came with miso soup, which was decent.Service was good. For the price point, expected more sushi. However, not to say it was highly expensive.
