Had a wonderful dinner at Nirvana — the Papdi Chaat was fresh and flavorful, and the Lamb Korma was incredibly tender and rich. Paired with garlic naan, everything was excellent. Great service and warm ambience. Highly recommend.

Customer service needs help, we wanted to go for a late dinner with my husband restaurant stated it closed at 10 pm , we got there at 9:28 only to be told kitchen closes at 9:30 and we can only order to go . I spoke to them and told them it’s not 9:30 and o can order everything up front with no problem. He declined and told us they cannot serve us. Please update your online times, it’s a problem if I have to drive there just to be turned down. We did notice other tables there enjoying dinner and they were not rushed out or anything just getting their dinner entres . We ended up going to another restaurant and they were marvelous.

You guys need to false advertise that you close at 10pm.. me and my wife was looking for an Indian restaurant to dine in since it’s Monday and most of the restaurants are closed we found this restaurant open an fit says they are closed 10 pm.. my wife arrived at 9:20pm in the restaurant and she was told that we can dine in I came at 9:25 they repeated the same words.. we drove 35 minutes since that was only Indian restaurant was open on Monday within this range after 9pm.. that’s ridiculous and unacceptable. their attitude is like nothing
happened at all

Nirvana is a cozy, comfortable restaurant with excellent food and service. Management and staff are always very welcoming and make you feel at home. Nice spacing between tables and comfortable for conversation where you can actually hear each other. Best Indian restaurant.

Excellent food and service. We love their food. They always make us feel at home.
They treat us like their family. And the environment is also very good. They also have plenty of parking space.

The restaurant is conveniently located with ample parking, making access seamless for guests. Upon arrival, we were greeted with warmth and outstanding customer service—an aspect that is not commonly encountered at Indian restaurants. For our meal, we specifically ordered all dishes with mild spice, except for the Masala Dosa, which we chose to have on the spicier side. Our selections included Masala Dosa, Gobi Manchurian, Malai Kofta, and a Naan basket. The Masala Dosa was nicely portioned and served with a substantial amount of sambar and chutneys, all contributing to an exceptionally flavorful dish. The Gobi Manchurian and Malai Kofta were delicious but leaned toward the sweeter side. We had to request for some hot sauce. They have provided us with chilli sauce or ketchup. On future visits, we will ensure that these dishes are ordered with more spice to better match our preferences. The naan was fresh, well-made, and complemented our meal perfectly. Overall, our experience at the restaurant was highly enjoyable, and we look forward to returning.

My friend's suggested me to try here .they were wrong.almost full food is south style . I came with my wife they had couple of options since it's a buffet we tried all things we both had goat biryani .it was almost finished in buffet when they refilled it was literally lamb goat has bones this was boneless infact u could taste it n know difference very easily.they didn't even change the name tag when they refilled they are charging for whole buffet n goat n giving lamb that's fraud with customers .I used to go in other places I like banares too .since my friend suggested we came here it's worst not worth it .I have party Around 20 people my wife said we will give catering to banares instead price doesn't matter but fooling customers thats not right. GUYS BEWARE THEY SAY GOAT AND GIVE LAMB .THERE ARE LOTS RESTAURANTS AROUND GIVE TRY THERE .

We are so thrilled to write this feedback with reference to the catered food delivered by Nirvana Indian Kitchen located in Allandale NJ. At Hindu Samaj Temple in Mahwah NJ for 130 Guests.
Vikram and Rajesh showed up before the event timing and started setting up on two long rectangle tables. They display over 10 black racks with Chafing fuel warmers to serve all Indian Vegetarian food at appropriate warm temperatures and provided option to the guest such that they can pick the food from both side of the table. As per our request, they did set up as self-serve lunch option such that every guest pick appropriate amount of food per their wish. Both were very attentive; refill was very quick and there was no delay.
Vegetarian Food Item include the finger leaking Malai Kofta, Aloo Gobi was al dente as per our request, Aloo Pakora as well as Mumbai style Onion Fritters served with two chutneys. Warm Garlic and Plain soft moist butter coated Nann along with Basmati Rice was a treat. The Carrot Halwa with Cashews and Ghee Oozing out was very tempting and delicious the way we requested. In addition, the most delicious Mango Lassi was very complementary.
We received lots of positive compliments about the quality of food and the mouth-watering taste from almost every table when we walk around during the lunch time. Even our daughter and Son-in Law’s non-Indian friends were very delighted and had great opinion about this delicious Indian food as well. We believe Nirvana has surpass our expectation as our guests were very happy, satisfied the way they served the food in style. Nirvana provided so much food & were gracious enough to help us to prepare to-go deli cups. This included Malai Kofta, Aloo Gobi as well as Carrot Halwa. Every guest was very eager to pick-up three different deli cup with smile when they were leaving. We believe this was one of the best Indian lunch we served at our Daughter’s Baby Shower event.
