I used to enjoy getting takeout from here but I'll never go back after today. I don't think I've ever been treated with such contempt. The man at the counter was combative, sarcastic and arrogant. He was on a personal phone call while I placed my order and he made it clear where his priorities were.

I usually love this place but I was very disappointed by the experience I had recently. I went in to get a bowl around 8pm (they close at 9) and I asked for shrimp tempura (usually they have none out but they’ll make it in the back if you wait a moment) and when I asked the worker said they turned the fryers off which is completely fine but what really upset me when when I asked what time they usually close them so I can plan for the future she said usually 8:30 but the lady that does it turned them off already and doesn’t feel like turning them on. I have worked in service and honestly wasn’t happy with the answer and think it’s terrible customer service. At that point I rather you lie to me and tell me the fryer is broken. Just a completely unacceptable response. I’ll just got to Ramsey from now on, they’re more friendly anyway

Went here for Smoothies, Sugar level adjustments is great for sweet adjustments. Quick service compare to other poketime locations. They were very accommodating for my kids. Really appreciate the amazing service!

My daughter loves the drinks here. The attendant could smile a bit more but it’s really not a big deal if at the end of the day, they prepare the drinks so delicious.

Unfortunately, that used to be my favorite spot for Poke. The food was just ok...definitely did make me feel that I want to go back for more....and I won't come back for sure because they added a tip $2.18 and convenience Fee $1. If I want to add a tip, I will do it myself and convenience fee??? Is it really worth it to lose a customer over a dollar?

Had my first bubble tea today. It was very good. Normally I get Poke bowls with ginger dressing. Just started getting tofu as one of my proteins. It is some of the best tofu I’ve had. Was there for a college interview. Without asking, they turned down the music which we appreciated.
