As a dude who worked at Jmikes and Subway, these sandwiches are the best I've had from a chain. Really great quality subs at a great price! Tasty sides too, love the dirt pudding. Highly

Went there for the first time. Cheese steak was obviously not grilled. Appeared to be microwaved. Meat was pale with no grill taste at all. Cheese was not completely melted and was even cold in some places. Same with steak: not consistently hot throughout sandwich. More reason to think microwave. No ice available and soda in cooler was not cold. May have been recently restocked. Place is kept clean, though.

I got a Philly cheesesteak and it was pretty good. Would rate it 9/10. The bread was amazing. Would come again and try something different ?

The good: Heroes were really expensive for their size, but made according to order and reasonably tasty. The bad: ordered 2 rice puddings and got 2 dirt puddings. Ordered diet Pepsi and got regular Pepsi. The ugly: no call to tell us they were out of things we ordered OR just really, really poor attention to detail.Final verdict: Absolutely not worth the high price we paid for the amount of food received. My advice is to find a local deli with good reviews. Trust me, you'll be glad you did.

Sandwich was fine, on par with what you would expect from a chain like Jersey Mikes or Firehouse subs. However, this place changes easily $5 more per sandwich then most other places. It was $16 for a sandwich after tax. I know inflation and all, but that is still crazy expensive
