I’m not sure how much coffee lovers—or dedicated Starbucks fans—will care about this review, but I wanted to share the customer experience I had at this location.
I ordered four hot chocolates for my kids on a snowy day. Since there’s no drive-through here, I parked the car, left the kids inside, and went in to pick up the order. What I expected was freshly made hot chocolates, organized in cup holders with splash sticks, especially for a pickup order.
Instead, there were no cup holders and no splash sticks. I was asked to carry all four cups by hand with open lids. I had originally planned to order five, but I’m glad I didn’t—otherwise I would have needed multiple trips just to carry the drinks.
Given the prices Starbucks charges, I think it’s reasonable to expect better attention to basic customer service details like cup holders and splash sticks. Hopefully, this location can ensure these essentials are stocked so customers don’t have to deal with situations like this.I’m

Today is May 2, 2023. There are discolored snowman cookies on the counter in a basket for sale with a manufacturing date of September 22, 2022. That’s disgusting. What else is old and stale that you’re being served?

RUDE! I guess I wasnt saying the name of the drink correctly because the cranky woman asked me sternly if I was sure and when she saw my face she said rudely… sorry its been a long day. Then I asked if I could add on a sandwich and she huffed and puffed and said rudely are you sure this is it. Like I was the only one in line, why so rude?!!
