This place is the perfect reason to avoid big diners and fast food joints. Nice portions, very friendly staff, reasonable prices. A very nice place to enjoy a quiet unhurried meal with family or friends. 5 stars all around.

Great place to eat with family, owner and staff are very courteous and the food as well as the service is always top notch, I can’t say enough good things about this place, convenient location and large parking lot are also a huge plus!

This was an enjoyable experience for my family and I as we're making a thousand mile trek. Whether it was the eggs, toast, or country fried steak it was simply satisfying. It was worth the detour from the highway and gave us an opportunity to see a part of New Jersey. Just to hear local politics and people knowing each other at the restaurant let me immediately know that this was indeed a local hotspot. Thank you for the service and keeping that coffee topped off. We'll certainly stop on by next time going through New Jersey.

Alpha is my favorite breakfast spot, the local legend. Feels like grandmas house.

My husband and I stopped in today while waiting for our car to be serviced. What a gem! Friendly service and a cute atmosphere. Food was excellent! Like home cooked. We will definitely be back when in the area! I had biscuits and gravy with potatoes (yum) and hubby had a mild your own omelette. Also excellent! Good portions and great taste.

A very soulful place! Honest waiters! We were standing in line, waiting for the table, and women came who wanted to go forward, and the waiter didn't let them in, saying that we were the first. It was very nice. Cool cafe design, country vibe, and delicious food. They replenish coffee for free - it's also very nice

We came here looking for a warm meal after a long day! The inside is decorated like a quaint country restaurant and the food is delicious to match. Their homemade chicken bowtie soup was phenomenal. Prices are reasonable, and portions are generous! Service with a smile and kindness was also in abundance. Would highly recommend and would come back here again!

Very disappointed. Had eggs this morning, tasted weird, started getting sick while there, got violently sick 30 minutes later, called to inform them ( wasn't looking for a refund) and they challenged that I was sick , as their eggs are delivered every day. What does that possibly have to do with the eggs being bad? As a regular customer, I'm very disappointed in the fact that they just don't care. I would definitely stay away from the eggs. I'm not happy.
