Placed an order for my family at 5:15 was told it would be 40 mins for delivery. Called again at 6:30 was told the driver was on his way (i dont live far from alpha)and assured my food would still be warm. Called again at 6:58 food was still not here was AGAIN told he should be there any minute and warm at which point i expressed my disappointment. Told them it was my 1st and last time ordering from them. Owner said he was sorry but it was a big order (I'm sorry other restaurants don't have a problem delivering on time) so he says he will give me percentage off my NEXT order. I again, explained it would be my last. The person hung up on me!!! My food then arrived 5 minutes later and guess what....NOT warm atball

Last three times i ordered food was cold or messed up. Orderef fries n chicken fingers and the sauce i asked not to send (honey mustard) due to allergy was spilt all over the platter. Had to toss it. Also had a $6 Credit thst was applied and showed on receipt but was still charged the amount before that credit.. Never again will i order here again

The online ordering set up is not as customer friendly as other restaurants. Even though the "special instructions" provided to them were simple, they informed us that they were unclear and gave us a hard time when it came to fixing our order. Only after going back and forth with them for approximately 15 minutes, they offered to deliver a replacement item, and though the original order took only about 30 minutes to be delivered, the replacement went well over an hour before we decided to call back. Upon calling, we were told that the driver just left to bring the replacement item. As a result of this terrible experience, we decided to request a refund and returned the entire order only to find that there were additional undefined charges (approximately $25.00 over the authorized amount). Once the transactions posted, I found that they only gave a partial refund and not a full refund. I have since filed a dispute with my CC provider.
Excellent service, and such a wide variety for food, so you can’t go wrong! New owners are much nicer and provide a great experience. Definitely a happy customer!
