We discovered this gem of a restaurant during the COVID lockdown, and have gone back at least once a year ever since. Today the General Tso was near perfect! The sauce had nice chili pepper heat but not overpowering and the flavor was among the best I have ever tasted. The chicken WAS perfect… most take out Chinese places overcook it when making Tso…rendering it crunchy and unappealing. Others even reheat previously cooked chicken. Cheng's Kitchen is absolutely phenomenal, from the food to their service, always friendly and kind. I drove their general tso's chicken and spare ribs across the country over a two day period to bring to my sister in Colorado Springs because it's that good.
