Very disappointed with my order tonight. I have been ordering here weekly for the last few months and tonight was not the same food I’ve been getting. My salad didn’t have all the ingredients on it and I ordered pierogies and I only received 3. When I’ve ordered in the past, I’ve always gotten more. I also don’t understand the confusion with the woman who took my order over the phone. I was called 3 times in regards to my order when it was just 4 items. Where are the regulars and the regular driver who finds my apartment with ease ? She didn’t even put the apartment down for the driver.

I bought a pizza from MiAngelos yesterday...12/12/2025. I had it delivered. Delivery was fast but I was very disappointed in the pizza. It was way over cooked. The cheese on the edges was brown and the crust was burnt making it to hard to eat. I can't believe they sent it out. And charged $23!!

I tried to place a lunch order today (for delivery) at 10:30am for a lunch meeting at my workplace occurring at 11am to 12pm. Though it was frustratingly slow to converse with the gentleman on the phone we finally got through the two salads, two wraps, pizza, and the drinks. He read it back to me as best he could, we corrected a missed item and a hold onions request for one of the wraps. I tried to pay and he just started saying no. I was confused and reiterated is was for delivery and I needed to put it on my card.. he said no at 11.. I tried repeatidly to get him to help me understand what he was trying to communicate. He then said no no driver.. I asked am I supposed to pay the driver with my credit card and he said no no again. Frustratingly I gave up and told him i just do not understand what you are trying to convey.. needless to say I just told him nevermind and am now ordering elsewhere... I hope this is just a fluke as we enjoy MiAngelos frequently from my workplace when lunch is required for a meeting.

Ordered a lamb Gyro…absolutely the worst gyro I’ve ever had! It was delivered on a hoggie roll & terrible! Call it something else, perhaps a lamb POS?

Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery on Slice. Took 1:30 longer than quoted. I ordered the pizzas as my daughter was hosting friends from school and I promised to feed them. The guests left before food arrived.
Slice intervened and the restaurant kept lying to us about the delivery and that the food would still be hot. I asked to cancel my order after they were over an hour late and the restaurant refused. They kept saying it was a few minutes away…
The pizzas showed up ice cold. I called the restaurant and have not had a response for a refund.
USE ANY OTHER PIZZA PROVIDER THAN MIANGELOS! It was my first and last experience with this restaurant.

I ordered food on the 11th twice. One for a friend and her husband for a combo deal and then my husband ordered food for us. The food and everything was delicious as always because we order from there a lot until this recent encounter. We used the slice app to order the pizza. Once we got the food, we did not change a thing about tip. We put our usual 20% on both orders. We received a call maybe 10 minutes after delivery from the restaurant as it popped up on caller ID and we thought maybe they are confirming we received our order. But nope! The lady called asking if we tipped the driver because that’s how they make their money. We were appalled because on the slice app it states the tip came out and everything and shows on our bank statement as well. We told the woman on the phone and she stated the tip is not there. My husband told them to contact the slice app to see what the issue is because on our end it came out twice for both orders. We both worked in the food industry and understand tips are survival when a company doesn’t want to pay their employees a livable wage, but to sit and harass a long time customer is disgusting behavior. We told her we have no problem coming up there to show it and she goes have a good day and hung up on us. It’s sad how great food from a small business is ruined by an unnecessary phone call not only asking if we tipped but demanding us to tip when we already did, with proof to show we tipped and it’s not on our end.

Pizza is great, always a pleasant experience whether picking up or getting it delivered. Plus they have a buy 10 get a pie free deal that adds to their draw.
I'm the only person in my house that likes spagetti. So when my boys are away I order out. Decided to try Miangelo's because their pizza is great. I will never order spagetti from anywhere else. It was the best I've ever ordered. Get it with the meatballs.

I have celiac disease. I went in and asked the owner if they have gluten-free pizza. He was kind and understanding. I ordered a pizza, with pepperoni, and onion, and it was amazing. There’s not many places around here for me to eat. And this will be my new pizzeria. Thank you for kindness and accommodating with having to be gluten-free.

Orders a large pie with fresh garlic. NO GARLIC ON THE PIZZA and they won't admit to it or refund the money. I ordered from this place around least twice a week. YOU HAVE JUST LOST A CUSTOMER! I have going here for years. Not anymore. $3.50 to save a customer that spends over a $100 a week. Hope you enjoy that $3.50.
