The girl working the window had a nasty attitude. Forgot my cold foam on my coffee & then the whipped cream on my son’s coolata, which whatever. But then proceeded to aggressively hand them to us out the window, my 6 year old even pointed it out to us after we left.

Worst customer service. Ordered on the go and was greeted with we are out of cold brew. Which I was already charged for. I asked if they can substitute it with an iced coffee which is cheaper and they said they will have to charge me. I explained I already paid more than ice coffee is worth and they said they still have to charge. They tried to get more money out of me by double charging me when they caused they original issue.

They are not friendly and welcoming at all. Not even a “good morning “ or “ hello”. Not even a welcoming smile. So I drive a few more minutes now to go to the Dunkin by DMV. They are much friendlier there.

Every time I come in I hear the staff complaining about the previous customers. The older lady with short red hair is so extremely rude, so is the bigger lady with the glasses. The only time I have a good experience going in is on a Saturday when the nice young boy is working because atleast he is polite and has great customer service skills. Unfortunately this is the Dunkin that is on the way to my work so if I want coffee I have no choice but to go into this one. I order online and almost always my order is wrong. I order 20 minutes ahead of time and most times my order isn't ready. I went in once and my order was ready but it was behind the shelves where the online stuff goes. I waited five minutes while the employees had a very loud conversation about the "crazy" "pain in the a**" previous customer, finally I was aggravated enough I reached and got my coffee and breakfast before it got cold and the girl with the glasses turned around and yelled at me for doing so. Saying if the owner walked in and saw me doing that she'd get fired. This place is so poorly managed and customer service is awful, worst Dunkin around. If you could go out of your way to go to another one definitely do it.

The worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the area. I’ve made several complaints to the manager about ice coffee tasting like cleaner. Her response was oh maybe they forgot to empty the pot from the night before of the cleaning agent. Once ok, but today was the 3rd Damn Time!!!! There’s always an issue. Milk sitting out the counter and being served and service is super slow. I was there the other night place an order in the drive through and the young boy says oh sorry we ran out of coffee, trying to be funny saying oh that will be 60 dollars or what no tip!? They think there funny. These kids should not be left un supervised. I want my coffee and got to go…don’t have time to play their games. I’m done with this place.

Get it together. Never seen such terrible service at this location. The employees seem miserable and need major customer service training. There is one young girl who does the work of the others on shift it appears. Don’t dare go through the drive through, because you will easily wait 20 minutes. And when you go inside, no one acknowledges you. I get it may not be a thrilling job, but take pride in your work and get your team trained. I work a minute away but I’ll drive into Newton to get my coffee instead of dealing with this location.

You can't get a frozen coffee with almond milk? Because of individuals with a nut allergy. So let's discriminate against the individuals with a dairy and oat allergy!! Meanwhile, they use the same cup of water to clean the spoons from all types of milk. I guess this is okay too?
