Ordered online from the same distance as always. i pull up with three cars ahead of me. when i get to the window, i wait, and wait, which is fine, ill wait. but then the lady at the window starts freaking out at me that i placed the order too late and theres three cars behind me, and told me to pull up and they'll walk it out. I pull to the side and walk in myself, and the drink was done sitting on the counter. From the minute it took me to pull to the side and walk in, it was already done, all while this lady freaked out at me.

How greedy can you get? I asked for NO ice in my ice coffee. I was charged an extra dollar for NO ice. What is next? An extra dollar for the cup, for a napkin, for a packet of sugar? I was shocked when I looked at my receipt. Next time I may go to Starbucks, but I will never go back to this Dunkin!

Ordered snackin bacon which they had let me know was sold out. So I ordered 2 bags of hash browns and received 1 bag with 3 hash browns in it. Morning crew seems to be ok but afternoon/night shift has been not the greatest.

The girl working the window had a nasty attitude. Forgot my cold foam on my coffee & then the whipped cream on my son’s coolata, which whatever. But then proceeded to aggressively hand them to us out the window, my 6 year old even pointed it out to us after we left.

Worst customer service. Ordered on the go and was greeted with we are out of cold brew. Which I was already charged for. I asked if they can substitute it with an iced coffee which is cheaper and they said they will have to charge me. I explained I already paid more than ice coffee is worth and they said they still have to charge. They tried to get more money out of me by double charging me when they caused they original issue.
I stopped to get coffee today at 6am and there was a fly in my coffee ☕️ disgusting.. stay away from this location..

They are not friendly and welcoming at all. Not even a “good morning “ or “ hello”. Not even a welcoming smile. So I drive a few more minutes now to go to the Dunkin by DMV. They are much friendlier there.

Every time I come in I hear the staff complaining about the previous customers. The older lady with short red hair is so extremely rude, so is the bigger lady with the glasses. The only time I have a good experience going in is on a Saturday when the nice young boy is working because atleast he is polite and has great customer service skills. Unfortunately this is the Dunkin that is on the way to my work so if I want coffee I have no choice but to go into this one. I order online and almost always my order is wrong. I order 20 minutes ahead of time and most times my order isn't ready. I went in once and my order was ready but it was behind the shelves where the online stuff goes. I waited five minutes while the employees had a very loud conversation about the "crazy" "pain in the a**" previous customer, finally I was aggravated enough I reached and got my coffee and breakfast before it got cold and the girl with the glasses turned around and yelled at me for doing so. Saying if the owner walked in and saw me doing that she'd get fired. This place is so poorly managed and customer service is awful, worst Dunkin around. If you could go out of your way to go to another one definitely do it.

The worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the area. I’ve made several complaints to the manager about ice coffee tasting like cleaner. Her response was oh maybe they forgot to empty the pot from the night before of the cleaning agent. Once ok, but today was the 3rd Damn Time!!!! There’s always an issue. Milk sitting out the counter and being served and service is super slow. I was there the other night place an order in the drive through and the young boy says oh sorry we ran out of coffee, trying to be funny saying oh that will be 60 dollars or what no tip!? They think there funny. These kids should not be left un supervised. I want my coffee and got to go…don’t have time to play their games. I’m done with this place.
