Every time I come in I hear the staff complaining about the previous customers. The older lady with short red hair is so extremely rude, so is the bigger lady with the glasses. The only time I have a good experience going in is on a Saturday when the nice young boy is working because atleast he is polite and has great customer service skills. Unfortunately this is the Dunkin that is on the way to my work so if I want coffee I have no choice but to go into this one. I order online and almost always my order is wrong. I order 20 minutes ahead of time and most times my order isn't ready. I went in once and my order was ready but it was behind the shelves where the online stuff goes. I waited five minutes while the employees had a very loud conversation about the "crazy" "pain in the a**" previous customer, finally I was aggravated enough I reached and got my coffee and breakfast before it got cold and the girl with the glasses turned around and yelled at me for doing so. Saying if the owner walked in and saw me doing that she'd get fired. This place is so poorly managed and customer service is awful, worst Dunkin around. If you could go out of your way to go to another one definitely do it.

The worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the area. I’ve made several complaints to the manager about ice coffee tasting like cleaner. Her response was oh maybe they forgot to empty the pot from the night before of the cleaning agent. Once ok, but today was the 3rd Damn Time!!!! There’s always an issue. Milk sitting out the counter and being served and service is super slow. I was there the other night place an order in the drive through and the young boy says oh sorry we ran out of coffee, trying to be funny saying oh that will be 60 dollars or what no tip!? They think there funny. These kids should not be left un supervised. I want my coffee and got to go…don’t have time to play their games. I’m done with this place.

Get it together. Never seen such terrible service at this location. The employees seem miserable and need major customer service training. There is one young girl who does the work of the others on shift it appears. Don’t dare go through the drive through, because you will easily wait 20 minutes. And when you go inside, no one acknowledges you. I get it may not be a thrilling job, but take pride in your work and get your team trained. I work a minute away but I’ll drive into Newton to get my coffee instead of dealing with this location.

I went to this Dunkin this morning and I ordered a multigrain bagel with butter, and instead I received a bagel with cream cheese. I ordered an unsweetened iced tea and was given no straw. I understand things can get hectic, although there was no one besides me in the drive through. Just carelessness.

Best tasting dunkin coffee not as weak as other dunkins . But don't show up 5 mins before opening I didn't expect to get help till 5 but 455 Faith did help but was the rudest and should have made me wait now my mood is set for the day also.

Rude manager/shift leader (older lady) charged me 2.55 for a small cup of hot water cuz I’m sick… I’d expect maybe a 1$ charge and then she’s rude to me about it. “I don’t make the rules” with a scowl like I did something wrong. Worst location aroundAnd they mess up orders regularly but that’s not why i wrote this.

I ordered the bacon, Avacado and tomato sandwich. It was disgusting! All the Bacon was Raw, and instead of a regular tomato (which is shown on their order board), it had Sun Dried Tomatoes on it! Disgusting, who serves Raw Bacon????
