“The food and service at Krogh’s Restaurant was excellent for our son and daughter-in-law’s rehearsal dinner. From the initial meeting with Jason through to the event, I received the best customer service. The evening of the dinner our servers provided attentive care and professionalism which made the event flawless. The manager that evening, Shannon, was also very helpful and ensured anything we needed was provided. The room and the rooftop area provided the perfect ambience for our celebration and the food was amazing. I highly recommend using Krogh’s for your event.“

“Busier than other branches. The service was good and the staff were friendly but the food quality was lower maybe due to their rush in preparation to serve the high traffic at times. Overall this is not one of my primary Panera Bread locations so I couldn't judge the permanent food quality from one visit.“

“I travel frequently for work and often set up shop in a local Panera. The staff here are by far the friendliest I’ve ever met. The manager was going around to clients and asking about their days, offering assistance and was picking up empty trays. The service here is really unbelievable! It has the feeling of a locally run business with a big brand name. The interior is also one of the nicest and newest Paneras I’ve ever been in.

I’ll definitely be back when travel brings me to the area!

“I just wanted to drop a review to mention that since Panera switched to Door Dash delivery, there's been so many problems and it's not the store's fault. My $40 order just magically went missing and I called Door Dash for them to ask me 'if I checked.' Um. Duh I checked? Then they said the driver had tried to contact me. Okay, show me where in my call records that was. No one ever had attempted to call me. When they told me there was nothing they could do, I was in the process of calling the store back when the manager called me back to check up on me. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name, but she was very apologetic and helpful when I told her what happened on the phone with Door Dash. Whomever was working 9/26 at around 5:30PM was very sweet and I feel badly that she probably has to do this quite a bit. If anyone at corporate is reading this, please look into your partnership with Door Dash. Apparently, this has been happening quite a bit and the workers of the store are the ones who get in trouble/blamed/yelled at for it. I'm sure there are plenty of people who are angry and had larger orders than me who probably went off on whomever was working. Before this, I've ordered from this Panera countless times and I've never had a single issue. Ever. The order was always perfect and timely. The drivers were kind and polite. It's just now that they made this switch that everything seems to have done a 180. For the sake of your workers (and honestly, business considering you just lost a $40 sale because someone stole my order), I would definitely look into this and not blame the workers of the store. Review are going to come back negative, obviously but it isn't their fault. Once again, thank you to the Mt. Olive store for helping me, I'm sorry that you also had to deal with this frustration.“
