Truly impressive regenerative farming operation. Most food offered at the restaurant are grown or raised on site or by partnering local farms, and the ciders are thoughtfully made and interesting. Recommend walking through the garden and shopping for produce and cider at the store in addition to the meal. Thanks to Charles, the visionary owner, for pointing out some very late fruiting November strawberries. The most sweet, flavorful, delicious strawberries I’ve ever tasted.
This place is truly a gem! The food is exceptional and entirely farm-to-table, showcasing their commitment to quality by partnering with local farms. The service was impeccable; our waitress was not only friendly and welcoming but also incredibly knowledgeable about the food and drink menu. We loved it here! We made a lunch reservation and were seated quickly. We got a flight of ciders, and a few of the sandwiches with a side of potato salad. Everything was so fresh and delicious! The bread and ingredients were amazing and I will definitely be back! We then ordered a drink and sat outside by one of the fire pits and walked through the farm, the vibe out there was lovely as well :)
