We reserved a table for Saturday night Prime Rib. The portions of Prime Rib were super generous and lean. Service was excellent. On such a busy night the noise level was low. Food is always great, and we love that this is a more quiet place to dine out- no blaring music or loud bar patrons.

Mountain View Chalet remains a favorite. Everything from the bar cocktails, appetizers especially the stuffed mushrooms, the great selection of entrees to their desserts are the best. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the ambiance is crisp and clean as opposed to romantic but comfortable. Parking is on site and ample.

The food and service at The Mountain View Chalet is always outstanding. Three of us had the Chicken Spinach panini and we all agreed that it was tasty and each of us only finished half. Our fourth member had the Thai Calamari salad which was also delicious. We always enjoy our time at The Mountain View Chalet.

Consistently a great restaurant. The food from appetizers to dessert is delicious. I recommend their stuffed mushrooms,Filet Mignon and Jazzed Up Java ice cream particularly. The servers, particularly Manny, are efficient and friendly. My favorite in the area.

Parts of our dinner were very good. Our server was wonderful, my martini was great, and we thoroughly enjoyed our appetizers. Our steaks were not as enjoyable. My husband's t-bone came out completely covered with mushrooms and onions while the menu said a side of onions and mushrooms this was way too much. Also the steak was swimming in some kind of liquid (possibly from the vegetables). I had the filet it was way too charred, also swimming in liquid, and was tough. We've eaten at the Chalet before but this dinner was disappointing.
