People are friendly. But the place could really use a deep clean. Window/doors look disgusting. I didn’t even want to touch the touchscreen ordering device. It doesn’t seem like anyone cleans anything.

This is the SLOWEST Dunkin’ I have ever seen. They told us to pull up in front of the store to wait for our bacon egg and cheese wraps. Waited for 30 minutes and had enough so I decided to go inside. They had the wraps on the counter just sitting there. Don’t come back

Went last Sunday around 11:30 with my boyfriend and we were the only car there. We were gonna mobile order but we were getting a 1/2 dozen donuts and wanted to make sure they had all the donuts we wanted. When we pulled up we ordered 2 standard drinks and when ordering the third that was modified. The manager yelled over the girl taking our order telling us to slow down. I work in customer service and we were not talking fast at all also there is a way you can talk to people and that’s not it. After that is when we ordered our donuts. I told them first that we we’re ordering a half dozen and I hear them go “oh god”. So I am telling my boyfriend one by one and he’s repeating it. No issues they tell us to pull up. We pull up and my boyfriend hands the girl his card and he pays. After that the manager throws the box in our face and goes “we’re not robots can you repeat the last few” I said we were trying to speak slow with the modifications but ok. And I started repeating all the donuts we got. She then STARTS WALKING AWAY IN THE MIDDLE OF ME REPEATING MYSELF. After she just keeps repeating about how they aren’t robots and blah blah blah. She hands us the donuts asks us to pull around and someone will run our drinks, no problem. They come out with only 2 drinks out of the three. We said to the man we had a third he was polite and got us our third drink(the modified one). I will say everything was correct it’s just the disrespect was crazy. All that I forgot to order my damn bagel because I was so frustrated. Telling friends and family this story they say well it’s Dunkin’ and that one specifically has been going down hill for a little while now. It’s such a shame. Don’t go to this Dunkin’ unless you want disrespect.

Everytime I order from here they are always out of the donut I ordered. I order ahead on the app so when I pick it up instead of asking what I would like instead they just substitute it for probably whatever donut that isn't selling. I always get cold foam on my coffee and half of the time, they don't put it on my coffee. I don't know why I keep giving them chances but I think after today I'm done. They almost forgot my cold foam, they gave me the wrong wraps and I ordered 2 donuts and only got 1 and it wasn't even the kind I ordered. I love dunkin but I hate THIS dunkin!

Came here to get a doughnut for my toddler, at noon on a weekday and was told they’re completely out of donuts. Will never come here again because they are entirely unreliable.

They are always out of everything from donuts to iced coffee flavors

Twice now I’ve had a challenge. Coffee was not made correctly and my croissant was actually hard. I won’t be going back.

Absolutely the worst dunkin ever. Literally always have an issue when I go and the service sucks. I also heard the two workers talking bad about me after they said I couldn’t get a refund for a product they didn’t have and had to order something else and wait.

They never make the coffee how it’s supposed to be. Every time I get something from there it’s horrible I will not be going back there again!! My coffee this morning taste stale and no flavor at all

I am so sad to report, as a Dunkin Head, that corporate policy, has removed the personalization from the in person visit. No greeting, no good morning, no conversation, nothing. I had to put my own order in the machine, there is no assistance for those who have never done it before. What if my order is specific, well y'all that's on you, the machine doesn't allow for that. My heart is broken. If I want personal interaction gotta go through drive through 😲😩😭my favorite place has gone AI with human drones and love 💔😭

My coffee was excellent , the food was excellent and everyone was very polite to me. I went in the middle of a rush and they handled everything great :)
