Fair Mountain Coffee Roasters

One of maybe two or three proper espresso shops I can think of in Monmouth County, amazingly fantastic. A warm, welcome place with amazing staff. Highly recommended that you seek this out.

Oh boy, where do I start? There’s so much to say about this amazing coffee roaster company! Their coffee and attention to detail are truly out of this world. Every cup is crafted with so much care, you can really taste the passion behind it.

From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by an incredible team who always welcome you with a big smile and genuine warmth. It’s more than just a coffee stop, it’s an experience you absolutely need to have. If you love coffee, this place is a must-visit!

I'm headed home after a road trip and drove out of my way to check this place out. I asked for a pour over and they said their drip coffee would be comparable to a pour over. I thought that was bold, but they were right. I also in had a cortado which was great. So happy I came here. I took a sip before taking this picture.

I was starting to think great espresso had entered the witness protection program. Then boom — Fair Mountain drops an Uganda roast so smooth it made my brain sit up straight. ☕️💥
No syrups, no unicorn foam, just actual flavor. Dark chocolate, toffee, vanilla… and somehow still humble.

PS: If you’re still drinking gas station coffee, this place might offend you. In the best way.

A Hidden Gem for True Coffee Lovers!

While staying down the shore, I stumbled upon this amazing coffee roaster and wow, I’m so glad I did. The espresso was incredible smooth, rich, and full of bold flavor without being bitter. The quality was seriously top-notch.

What really surprised me was that they didn’t have any syrups… but honestly, you don’t even need them. That’s how good the coffee is. If you truly appreciate a well-pulled espresso or love your coffee straight-up and pure, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommend to any coffee enthusiast looking for the real deal!

They Continually outperform themselves. Outside of the coffees I’ve had in Central America, this is the single best cup. Just their their drip coffee is out of this world, and every thing else on the menu is perfectly executed. Best coffee stateside, hands down!
