I’ve never made a complaint or left a review on a restaurant before. I’m usually extremely patient with servers. We waited over 2 hours to get 2 salads and when they came out they were not even close to what we ordered. When I made this aware to the bartender she had the nastiest attitude I’ve seen from anybody working in service. She denied giving us our food which was 2 salads and should not take 2 hours to make and kept rolling her eyes instead of being understanding. She Should not be working in any service job. Another waitress ended up helping us out and she was understanding and eventually got us the food we ordered. The food was great but the bartender is one of the nastiest people I have spoken with. Would not recommend this restaurant to anybody. Great food. Worst service i’ve ever seen.

Harborside Grill offers great food and service in a bustling atmosphere. The Harvest pasta is a delicious choice on the menu. However, the restaurant can get loud, lacks AC, and has uncomfortable chairs. Despite this, the attentive staff, like the nice waitress, make the dining experience enjoyable. The crab cakes and shrimp fradiablo are highly recommended dishes. Parking may be a challenge, but street parking nearby could be an option.
