There is no bad MacDouble with extra pickles. Imo. Soda is fully carbonated and best from the fountain. TY for being there for us.
The food was fine but the juice boxes & honey mustard sauces were missing. This was a large DoorDash order today 8/5/2025

I stopped by to place a large order (5 meals) before a fishing trip with friends. I asked if the meals could be bagged separately. The drive-thru worker said no, but said he could give me a bag so I could separate it myself.
When I got to the window, all the food (except the Happy Meal) was stuffed into one bag. I asked for 3 extra bags, and was told I’d have to pay for them. I was shocked . I asked if we had ordered separately, would we still be charged for bags? The employee was rude and dismissive.
While checking the food, the manager came over to ask if I needed help in a very rude way. Luckily I checked, because two sauces were missing.
I’ve been to many McDonald’s locations during road trips and never had to pay extra for bags when ordering multiple meals. This experience was disappointing, and the customer service was seriously lacking.

Disgusting experience. We walked in and our whole party saw a male employee drop a sleeve of cup onto the ground and watched not only him but other employees picked them up and place them back into where they were distributed. We pulled the manager aside to tell them we saw what happened and they should throw the stack out. She stood there and told we did not see that. 2 of us left without food and went somewhere else. I got 3 sandwiches and one was completely wrong the others were fine. Place was very clean but knowing what we saw, it may just be skin deep.

I always order thru the app, and then make the 10 min drive to this location. Somehow every single time, I need to pull up and wait another 5-10 min, even when there’s no one else in the drive thru and the parking lot is empty. Why? It’s always a small order for 2-3 people, nothing huge or complicated.
They've gotten rid of cashiers and if you have a problem at the kiosk it takes forever to get help, they wouldn’t allow me to get a water cup and no longer allow refills. Took me 10 minutes to order because the app hasn’t been working for the last month and I wasn’t going to let McDonald’s scam me out of rewards I’ve had built up. When I asked if they still offer refills, they very rudely told me no. When I finally got my food, the fries were clearly underdone, which I think will be perfected after 70 years in business. This place is right by my house and I’ve been here since I was four. Worst experience I’ve had at a McDonald’s.

First time at this location drive-through was fast parking lot had a different layout. Food was fresh and hot. Staff was nice and helpful. I will be back on my next trip down to Sandy Hook national Park.

😤🤬😬I had a terrible experience with this location. I clearly ordered a McChicken sandwich and fries. After waiting a while and reaching my destination, I opened the box only to find a burnt sandwich bun and overcooked chicken patty — completely unacceptable.
The service was also rude and dismissive, which only added to the frustration. I don’t know who prepared the food, but it felt like there was no care at all in the quality.
A few tips for other customers:
Always check your food before leaving, no matter how long the line is.
Ask for a receipt — they didn’t even offer one.
Speak up if something feels off.
Fast food workers earn $18/hour — paid from all our pockets — and we expect at least basic quality and respectful service. This kind of treatment is not okay.

Workers really rude yelled at me when I tried to look for my bag and said it was karma
Pull in on 7:15 pm Sunday 10/13/24 and ordered a strawberry banana smoothie, was told they were unable to make it at this time with no reason when asked. I guess the girl didn't want to clean the machine.
25 minutes to wait for food, just to get to hotel and they gave me the wrong food. Not the first time. Try to call and nobody answers.
