Plain ol' Vanilla? Come on now... we can do better than that! We scrape the pulp from Tahitian Vanilla beans and soak them in vodka to create our own handmade vanilla extract. Then we churn the extract with milk, cream, eggs and sugar and, voila, an ice cream sent from Vanilla heaven is born.

Overall, great ice cream. One of us had a brown sugar dough flavor that was great. The other had Peanut Butter Palooza (sp) mixed with plain chocolate. The plain chocolate was bland and not very chocolatey. Service at Tinton Falls was quick and friendly.

Me and my family love this place. I get that fatboy excitement when I see a Nicholas Creamery text come in, telling about what new flavor is in. Italian rainbow cookie, cannoli, and pineapple cake being my favorites in that order. However, as of late my pints have been light. Last time it was my cannoli pint, nowhere near full. Ok, 1 time no big deal. Their scoops are almost always healthy. Then today again. My favorite, Italian rainbow cookie is back. So, I got 2 pints. They...

The absolute best. Solid regular line up, specials flavors are out of control. If you see the Italian Cookie Platter flavor, do yourself a favor and get a cup...or a pint! Friendly staff, amazing ice cream.
