really amazing dough, definitely something to try in the world of pizza. i have to agree with some other reviewers that the restaurant could use a bit of organizing but if you’re a patient, friendly customer without a fear of talking to new ppl - you’ll be fine.
I came here with very high expectations and it did not disappoint. It isn’t a true traditional Neapolitan pizza that adheres to the official standards but I have to say it’s better for it. Hands down the best Margherita pizza I’ve ever had.
I want to start this off with a review of the dough. The dough is on another level, I've never had anything like it so I have nothing to compare it to it's just that good. With that said, I arrived at like 3pm (they open at 2) I ordered a margarita and a bianca pizza. It was a nearly 2 hour wait for the pizza. The shop itself "ran out of fresh dough) at around 4 pm.
