Loved their boo lagoon cocktail and my all time favorite long island iced tea! Love their happy hours! Love love Brennen C who served us! Gave a very welcoming and happy vibe to the whole experience at Applebees! Applebees, you are lucky to have someone like Brennen working for you. This is a very honest review! Everything was great until they took my fries at the end when I wasn’t done with them yet and asked for a box to take everything home.
I must start by saying I’m not usually a big chain restaurant fan (not in a snobby way, I just prefer smaller businesses). That said, I recently moved across the street from here and have stopped in a few times. I particularly enjoy the half price appetizers from 3-6 or 6-9. Although the food is pretty good, I give this Applebees 5 stars for the customer service. Cathy is an amazing waitress and super nice person. Tonight I had a young man wait on me in the bar area and he could not have been nicer or more on top of things. Great prompt service. The greeters are also very friendly. Of course this is a testimony to them as individuals, but if it’s any indication of the staff training that goes on, someone is doing a very good job. The service here is always efficient and very friendly. It’s clean. Definitely worth a visit and their chicken wonton taco appetizer is awesome!
