Diamond is absolutely amazing! Her service went above and beyond my expectations, and she made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. Not only is she incredibly skilled at what she does, but her kind and welcoming personality makes you feel instantly comfortable. It’s rare to meet someone who’s both professional and genuinely caring, and Diamond is exactly that. I can’t recommend her enough

The servers have always been very nice and helpful at this location and the food is the same as any other Applebee's in the country. The atmosphere at this location is unfortunately not usually the best, but that's simply because of its location. This location gets a lot of unsavory characters acting foolish and being very rude and disrespectful to everyone else in the restaurant, but Applebee's can't really do much about that so I don't blame them. If you want a more favorable environment, I'd recommend the Deptford location. Either way, my family and I still come to this location enough since it's the closest one to our house, clearly it's good enough. Lol.

Took the family in for dinner before I head back to college. My server Gavin was very respectful to me and my guest. Joking around and cracking smiles while also doing his job. Food was great and the service was even better. Totally recommend.

Horrible service — Never coming back. Server Briana gave us an attitude the moment we mentioned we were getting the 2-for-$25 deal. She brought our food without silverware, then handed us dirty silverware with her bare hands.
When I asked for the manager, Chris, he was even ruder. His excuse? They had no dinner napkins, only bar napkins. When I told him we’d leave because of his attitude, he simply said, “OK, fine, bye.”
This place has zero professionalism, no respect for customers, and clearly no basic hygiene standards.

I went to the Audubon location 3 times in the last 2 months,curb side pickup. 1st ordered,we ordered for the family. I asked for my steak to be done well,only to get home to blood all in my potatoes,and meat was extremely rare.Had to drive back and get another steak. 2nd time was okay. 3rd time which was 7/29/25,asked for well done steak,the steak was horrible, extremely chewy,so my dinner consisted of potatoes and bread sticks. Unfortunately I will not be going back,at the price of food today,you would think an establishment would take pride in what the serve.Very disappointed.

We arrived at the establishment only to be seated for no one to come out we sat there for 30 minutes with no interaction or any service won't be coming back place felt very uncomfortable to be In I called and spoke to Christian or crisen either way seem like not a care in the world

This was our first time at this particular Applebee's. We had just attended our granddaughters high school graduation and had a party of 13 people. They were able to accommodate all of us comfortably. It was roughly 9:00 p.m. Our Servers name was Avi. She was absolutely amazing in every way. She was friendly, patient, accommodating and just overall wonderful. I hope the managers of this restaurant see this review.
