Very rude people serving to go counter, when waited for over 10 minutes in the car I called and asked if somebody can bring the food out but lady said how bout you come inside, I said no, I marked clearly when ordering that I'm waiting outside and make and color of the car so she said ok fine we bring it outside, so younger guy looked outside the door with my bag and looked straight into my eye socket and went back inside so in about 2 minutes I asked where is my food and lady said now clearly irritated where I am ? I said about 15 feet from the door and she said I need to move over 1 spot where is the sign for car pickup cause their cameras didn't see me, now I'm pissed moving car and there she is charging on me and I just jump out the car and said so that guy looked me right in the face and could not walk extra 8 feet and she said no so I said something not nice and left, I order here once a month maybe but that's not the reason to treat people like trash, every time there is something missing or stuff like that happening - no more, keep up good work

Spent $53.55 minus the delivery charges on four meal deals. Deals being Sandwich, fries, and a drink ! Thatās all included in the price evidently! Plus nachos . This is my 2ND time not receiving drinks! I ordered delivery as stated & once I called the 1st lady I spoke with could Automatically see that, she tosses me to a manager who says and I quote ā well the drinks are included in the meal deals so technically their not paid for . You can come and pick them up ?ā Maāam if itās a meal deal then the drinks are infant ā Includedā in the price & why would I Drive when you can Clearly see I placed a Delivery order? So now not only did I NOT RECEIVE THE DEAL, but You would like Me to Waste My Gas to come & correct Your Error ? Iām complaining because this is the 2ND time once again that this has happened. My Nachos were also cold so ended up soggy upon reheat. I spent $54 if we round the change & the customer service was worst of all ! I will be getting my drinks & Iāve already complained & agreed to be contacted on my receipt!

Went to watch eagles game bartender Stephanie was awesome accommodating food was actually good enjoyed the whole experience didn't think it would be .but was great I'll go back to that one at least the auboun Applebee's doing great other ones not so much .great job guys šÆ

The Worst Service Iāve Ever Had at Applebeeās ā And Why I Wonāt Be Back
Let me be completely direct: the service I received at this Applebeeās location was the worst Iāve ever experienced, and it killed any chance of me coming back.
It started with something simple ā spinach dip. We ordered it. The server forgot to put it in. Mistakes happen, but instead of owning it, she tried to tell my wife that she never ordered it. That alone was irritating, but we let it go and asked her to put it in again.
Then the real frustration began.
We waited over an hour and STILL never got the spinach dip. At that point, it was obvious our table wasnāt even on her radar. When the food finally did show up, it wasnāt even hot ā it was cold. After waiting that long, getting cold food is just unacceptable.
And as if things werenāt already bad enough, I asked for a soda. I was almost done with my meal by the time I realized it was never coming. She forgot that too.
At that point I was done. I got up, found the manager myself, and told him exactly how disappointed and upset I was. Heās the one who finally brought me my soda ā something that shouldāve taken two minutes, not half a meal.
What makes this worse is that this location was convenient for me and my family. We stop in almost every Saturday or Sunday on our way home. But after this experience? I wonāt step foot in this location again. Period.
If a restaurant canāt get the basics right ā taking an order, delivering appetizers, serving hot food, and remembering a simple drink ā then they donāt deserve my time or my money. Applebeeās needs to take a hard look at whatās going wrong at this location, because this was beyond bad. It was disrespectful.

My wife and I stopped by to have lunch when we entered the lobby, there was no host/hostess to greet us or to take us to our table. The bar tender stated that someone would be coming soon. I observed that the restaurant was 90 % empty and there was no wait staff to be seen. After waiting about ten minutes we left . I am extremely disappointed we the service. This should not happen at about 12 pm on a Monday, 10-03-25.

The manager Christian was very rude & made it very visible that he didnāt want to talk to my table.. very nice to the table next to us and extremely rude to us, for no reason other than the fact we were black! It was extremely unprofessional & made me very uncomfortable. I hope in the future you will correct him on his ignorance & not to respond to any paying customer in that manner
