A hidden gem in Audubon! Cafe Nitido has delicious food. I loved the empanadas and beef stew. The food came with a generous portion of rice and beans. Really cute dining atmosphere too!!! We will definitely be back.

Walking in, I was taken back with how gorgeous it is inside. Our waitress was very friendly and made sure we liked everything that was brought to us. (We did) The empanadas were delicious, as well as the mofongo. And the crème brûlée was perfection. 10/10 recommend and will be coming here again for sure

this place is amazing 👏 I'm dominican 🇩🇴 and never found a place like this, it is like home away from home. The food is awesome 👌 right on point. Large portions. The empanadas are full of meat, the Sancocho is just like Grandma's 👍 the Chicharron is crunchy 😋 and what can I said about the coffee ☕️ oh Jesus! it's Jarabacoa's coffee. if you are dominican 🇩🇴 and looking for a nice place to eat NITIDO is the place. organize and clean. oooh and their bathroom is super 😍 cute! Great for pictures 📸. lol

Hidden Gem! My hubby & I loved our dinner! I had the Chicharron mofongo; it was moist and the pork was perfectly fried. My husband had the lamb chops, rice & beans. He left his plate clean! He didn’t leave any meat on the bones..lol Dessert was my favorite..homemade apple pie! What restaurant can you get homemade apple pie from these days? I wish I could’ve eaten it all, but it was a big slice. The crust was flaky and the inside was so tasty not overly sugary. Owners onsite and are super friendly.

Café Nitido is the absolute best! The food is amazing, the décor is modern and classy, the layout is spacious and doesn't feel cramped, and the atmosphere is always calm and inviting. I always order the limeade, salmon, and crème brule but I've tried the empanadas and everything is fresh and delicious! I am thoroughly impressed by the flavor and quality of food and love coming back here to support the business.
P.S. They have three quirky bathrooms (see for yourself when you visit, they're very cool!) that are always pristine! I usually don't use public bathrooms because they're usually not cleaned or maintained well, but I never have issues with the bathrooms here.
