We have a winner! Grabbed some takeout for the second time from this great place. We tried the chicken soup and the pork ribs and they were both really delicious. The owners and staff are very friendly and the restaurant looks beautiful. My only gripe is that the prices are a bit high. We paid $14.00 for a quart of soup. One other thing, when I went in the first time I grabbed a takeout menu and it had the same items printed on both sides so when we ordered tonight, I missed the chance to try my favorite dish—yucca! Next time, we’ll definitely be back!

Step into Columbia when you done here. The music is lively, but not so loud that you can't carryon a conversation. We ordered the shrimp and wings for appetizers. Both were delicious. I had the Beef stew with white rice and beans. The meat was fork tender. Also ordered was shrimp mufungo, chicken stew, and chopped cheese sandwich. The owner was friendly and was our server. The place is beautiful with tvs portraying Columbia.

This place is so nice! Our server was great and the food was delicious. It’s really cute inside and the bathrooms were really nice too. We just got appetizers. The mahi mahi tacos, popcorn shrimp, yuca fries, and calamari. All were amazing.

Happy to find a Dominican restaurant along this strip on Merchant St. On street parking at lunch was easy. I had the 1/2 chicken lunch special with white rice and black beans. The food was good but I expected more. The prices are pretty high compared to comprable restaurants in other towns and I wonder if that’s bc of location. This seems better for group events — the dining room is large. I expect strong spices in DR food and this was very tame.Parking: Parking is on street with 1 hr limit. I did not see parking meters.

Wow! A terrific restaurant on the main street of Audubon. The food was amazing. I had the Dominican Grilled Pork Chops, my wife had the Beef Stew and our son had the chicken quesadilla. This is real Caribbean food done right. Everything cooked to perfection. The owners and staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcomed. Definitely worth checking out. Beautiful images of the islands playing in the background made me long for a trip to warmer climates in these winter months. We'll definitely be back to Cafe Nitido again soon.
