Went today and ordered a Kale Salad. Got all the way home and realized they gave me a side salad instead. Reached out to the manager Mark and he went above and beyond.. I returned the salad and he told me to keep it. He provided me with a Kale Salad which was superb and a gift card. Which I truly was not expecting. Which really touched my soul. Chick fil a is really a respectful establishment.

Worst chick fil a I have ever been to. I went there and got a chicken salad and it had a fly in it! My friend also got a salad there and had a piece of plastic in her salad. Also, there was an employee there and she looked right at me and my friend and started laughing to her other employees. She made it a very uncomfortable environment there for both of us. Finally, you have to get a code to use the bathroom there. I have never seen a public fast food restaurant that requires that. Not even 1/5, 1/10. Would not recommend ever!

The atmosphere was set by the welcoming and assertiveness of the staff, which had achieved above and beyond stellar performance to take care of any and all needs i had while at the spotless establishment! I would always recommend and return to the welcoming friendly atmosphere which this impressive location always delivers!!

Was just here and got a moldy lemonade. Then was told by the manager it was gnats, yeah the flying banana bug, and that they can't control gnats and serve the lemonade with gnats inside. Then we show them the mold I scooped out and the guy goes, "oh no that's something else", my husband witnessed the black specs swirling around the tank.

I think they have 1 of the best salads around and I love there vanilla cream

Kid-friendliness: A lot of people had kid's there and most of them had ice cream and all the kid's was having fun

Wheelchair accessibility: We had a wheelchair and a walker and we had know problem getting in and out. And we just took 1 of the chair's away from the table and put the wheel chair there

I am a truck driver, and I was using the mobile app to order my food. Sense, I was driving a semi truck, and I couldn't use the drive thu, and came after 9 o'clock, the dining room was close. I then stood in the drive thru to pick up my food sense I had no other option. The manager told me that he could not serve me cause I was not in a car. I was caught off guard because I would do this a lot with fast food restaurants and even some Chick-fil-a. I tried to explain to him that i was driving a semi truck and could not use the drive-tru. I also told him that i was on a 10-hour break and could not move the truck. He suggested that I break my break so I can move my semi-truck from where I was parked to their parking lot so they can hand the food to me and then move, if not I can still cancel my order from the app. I would have at least thought he could just help me out since I was trying to eat for the night. He did not care what so ever.

Emailed asking for a refund on the difference between the a large and medium fry but they never responded. Don’t visit this location unless you want to be ripped off.
