The food is good I just don't understand why when u order a smoothie u don't get it til ur damm near done ur meal an it's not like they are always busy ,I'm choking on my food with nothing to drink because I'm not drinking they sink water they give out I just need to find another Pho spot asap!!!!

Went here with my family after my daughters commencement today and the service from our waitress was horrible. Since we never had Pho we had questions when ordering and she wasn’t helpful at all so we just ordered whatever we thought might be right. She forgot our appetizer and that wouldve been cool but she brought over the rest of our food and never came back the entire time! no hows everything, no do you need anything else. We sat there waiting to pay until we had to just get up and go over to the register to pay. The short interaction we did have with her was cold and unwelcoming and she kept cutting me off while I was trying to ask her about the dishes although we were very kind and warm to her but she was very welcoming to another group (of asian decent) that came after and sat behind us. A guy did come out and ask if everything was ok and he had a much better energy about him. But heres the kicker they charged an automatic 18% gratuity for 5 people and a baby. Like who counts the baby. Then they are charging a service fee for using debit cards which is illegal. The guy eventually did refund the service fee to one of my party. 2 bowls of Pho, beef and rice and a plate of fried rice was $90. The fried rice was $15! I got the vege pho without the pho for personal reasons and the veges were chewy and had a weird freezer taste so i didnt eat them and only drink the broth. The broth was ok but it was sweet which i didnt like. We will never go there again and honestly this experience has made us skeptical about vietnamese dining in general at least in this area. The food itself was mid and not worth it at all.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Pho Asia, and I feel it’s important to share what happened. I came here with my mom, and while she was already eating her pho, she suddenly noticed a very obvious hair in her bowl. It wasn’t small or hard to miss — it was clearly visible, and realizing she had been eating around it was absolutely disgusting. At that point, we both completely lost our appetite.
Finding hair in food is already unacceptable, but the way the situation was handled made everything worse. When we told the staff, there was no genuine apology, no urgency, and no sense that they understood how serious and unhygienic this was. The response felt careless and dismissive, almost like they wanted to brush it off and move on.
Cleanliness should be the bare minimum for any restaurant, especially one serving soups where everything is in the bowl. This experience made us feel uncomfortable, disrespected, and honestly disgusted. We walked out extremely disappointed and will never return to Pho Asia. I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone who cares about hygiene or customer service.

I was recent customer of this establishment 09/12/2025 Saturday. I ate the food and left a tip with the waitress and marked 0 on the receipt in the tip section. Only for them to come back and take a tip out of my account..that was dishonest and you have stolen that extra money! I will not be eating there ever again. Im sure I am not the first nor last that this will happen to..if I could give a zero then I would. Thieves!

Food is outstanding!! One of my favorite pho places I have ever been. The service however is not quite on the same level. My boyfriend and I come here quite often and the people always tend to be rude. We are always very kind to the servers and yet they are still cold and unwelcoming. Besides that, the food is amazing!

Place has declined a lot as of late. Ordered pho that was almost 20 dollars and it was mostly broth and very little of everything else. Used to be my go to but now it’s my wont go to.
