Lady at the register gave herself a tip. My tab way 22 dollars and change. Gave her my card and she asked me to sign the slip. I questioned it because it says no signature required on the slip(I never have to sign with this card) and she said we ask people to sign anyway. So I did and left. Looked at my statement later and I was charged 30 bucks. Not another soul in line when I was there so def not a mistake.

I love this place but there have been 2 separate incidents months apart that have finally opened my eyes to just not go there anymore1. A few months ago I was giving my order over the phone and the perosn taking my order (I know exactly who it was) was so angry that she wrote my order wrong that she ripped her paper up crumpled it up loudly into the phone and with attitude said what did u want? I did address it to absolutely no care whatsoever2. And the finalI ordered door dash todaySpecific orderAnd it was wrong. CAN NOT HAVE EGGSIt had eggs on itCalled and they said oh. Well u cna dispute it with door dashThat's not the point.So sadly. I just can't anymore

If you order a hoagie bring your own meat, they put leas meat then Wawa in the hoagie. Rediculous!

Not many bagels to choose from during breakfast hours. One bagel is $1.75I ordered two bagels. One with cream cheese and the other with only butter. Price was $8.00+tax.Both bagels were undercooked and under toasted.

called and order 1 bagel with bacon , eggs , cheese and 1 croissant with bacon, egg, cheese. i made sure to ask to make sure they gave because i seen it said bagels!!!! the lady on the phone ask her coworkers they also said yes and when i get there. the lady’s rude and make 2 bagels instead of 1 and 1 croissant! never

Overpriced and incredibly rude workers making faces at you when ordering and paying. Maybe if they were kids but adults should know how to offer customer service. Everyone there looks pissed off. Bagel wasn't even toasted all the way through

Take out only had whitefish on bagel with lettuce and tomato asked for "no onion"... tried to get 1/2 doz and it was slim pickings at lunchtime. I guess go earlier?

Hey yall the service is great order came within a timely manner, let me tell you it ALWAYS smells so good inside as it always does and shout out to who ever the cook is ? food be mad delicioso,shout out to the owner for making it happen show some love for Becks bagels ? ? yall gotta try the steak and peppers with cheese obviously those loaded up home fries ? please and hey don't forget a little generosity for the service and tasty food ?
