Delicious soup and sandwich shop in Audubon. Met Jeff the new owner. What a nice place to enjoy a quick meal. Apparently this place makes each soup from scratch.

Potato soup was more like mashed potatoes. Very thick. Disappointed.

This place has declined tremendously since the last time I was here 7 years ago. The chicken tasted horrible and the soups were overpriced. You can get better side soups at diners.

A,quaint shop, the perfect place to enjoy soups and sandwiches. I ordered the chicken and wild rice which was the BEST I've ever had. Creamy with the perfect amount of veggies and flavor. Also can be bought in quart sizes to take home, perfect on cool fall nights. I'm just jealous as I was just visiting and can't visit more often.

Owner is nasty. i ordered soup no one asked if it was for here or to go but put it in a to go cup. after i sat down and began eating on my lunch break with a coffee that i had from this morning. the owner came up to me and said next time they have “things “for dining in and next time to not bring in any drinks from outside because she “sells drinks”. next time lady, have your staff ask if it’s to go or dine in bc guess what im not a mind reader. i planned on sitting down and not my problem your staff put my soup in a to go container. and you act like i sat down and bought nothing. i bought soup from you and regardless i would not need a drink because i carry a reuseable water bottle. is that not allowed either? be so for real. you’re ignorant and the way you approached me, i will not be back. and thanks to past reviews other share the same experience. so i know its not only me who is aware you do not know how to treat your customers. i refuse to support a business like that and will make sure others do not either.

I watched the owner/manager treat a customer horribly. And the customer did nothing to provoke the kind of vicious treatment they received. I have zero tolerance for businesses that do not appreciate customers. Will never return.

Pot pies folks. If you love them.like I do, Joann makes the best around by far. Order one hot with one of her amazing soups. She also offers beef stew which is another favorite if mine but it's always sold out before I can get some, which must only mean it's as awesome as everything else she makes. I'll let you know.

Wow is all I have to say. Hands down would recommend. Went there tonight and was planning on just getting soup. Ended up getting chicken fingers and pot pie. Haven't tried the pot pie yet but soup excellent and fingers were really good.
