Order for pick up last night for 6:40 checked in at 6:40 spot number two took them till after 7:00 to get our for forgot my Diet Pepsi and had no carriers for five drinks we did get. Person who brought out the food I ask him why it took so long and I quote it was a big order.

Horrible service! First of all it took forever for a simple single meal then the sauce we asked for repeatedly wasn’t given. Why is every sonic full of the worst laziest most incompetent employees?

It always takes forever to get my food. I mobile ordered ONE drink and it took 15 minutes after checking in for them to come out with it when there was only one other car there. It also just generally doesn’t seem very well kept.

By far the trashiest looking Sonic I have ever been to. They have most of the speakers ripped off of the ordering posts with nothing to make it look presentable. To be honest while I was pulling up I thought the restaurant was closed until I saw someone pull into the drive-thru. Do not recommend whatsoever if you are looking for the standard Sonic experience but if you would like the trashy version of it this restaurant should be your first pick. DO BETTER!!!

We ordered through doordash, I always use them but, this was my first time ordering from Sonic... Everything looked delicious however, I couldn't eat it, it wasn't sealed which is very unprofessional. Since I've been using doordash all my items normally come sealed even other places their bag is sealed... I really didn't want to waste my meal but, for sanitary reasons I didn't have a choice.. THANKS SONIC!

This is our second time coming to this location and they only have drive thru available which takes away from the “sonic” experience. Also there was TWO pieces of hair in our food making it absolutely un edible. The burgers were cold and dry. By far the worst sonic location.

They never make my food or drinks correctly. I would say every other time I come to this location I get the wrong drink or food. I’ve started going to other sonic locations as a result. Not sure if it’s a lack of training but these people don’t understand their job. It’s not hard.

I was impressed with the burgers and onions rings. Even the fries were a treat. I don't eat fast food very often but I will certainly try Sonic again.

Food was cold, it seemed only one employee was working. It was raining and they did not take our order at the stations, we were instructed to pull up to the main window. The food was warm at best, not freshly cooked. You would think for the price we paid we'd get a lot more bang for our buck, but nope!
One positive would be that the lone employee was professional, friendly.

Seriously understaffed. Ordered ahead, but it still took another 30 minutes longer than reported ready time. Only ordered a burger combo. Also, they ran out of bacon, but I didn't receive a refund. I won't be going back again. This was the third strike with very similar service each time.

We live in Manhattan. We happen to be going to Philadelphia eagles game before the game. We wanted to go to a Sonic cuz we had never been to one cuz we don't have them. Was amazing. Very pleased. Will be back once again in the neighborhood
