Last Summers was the best place with great service as of November can order anything online has not worked you wait forever if you go through the drive-thru then they mess up your order then say they are short staffed what a shame they should at least honor the half price stuff going through the drive-thru since you cannot order online for the past 4 months
This place has really gone downhill. Food is not ready when you order, and even though they make it at the time you order it not great. It use to be.Maybe they will read this review and correct things. This "was" one of my favorite places.Parking: Parking not a problem until they improve service and food again.

I love Sonic???but since the only restaurant that was in aramingo Ave in Philadelphiaclose down due to the Riot, loitering and just thiefs they close it down ☹️they even took the deep fryers men???now i gotta go all the way to willow Grove?
We went out of our way to enjoy Sonic tonight and were very disappointed. We arrived at the parking area with the screen to order at, and someone came on and said “can you go to the drive through instead”. We proceeded to the drive through, ready to order, and they finally came on to say “I’ll be with you in a second”. Over 5 minutes passed and we decided to leave. They never came back on to say they were busy or that it would be more time. At this point we weren’t even sure we wanted to eat their food if they’re that busy. There were 4 other cars there besides us, the wait time just didn’t make sense to us. This store has issues that I hope are addressed with the workers of tonight, 1/22 around 7 pm. We wasted 40 minutes of our night to come here and didn’t end up getting food.

Went to order my food, and was given an attitude to go through the drive thru. Fries were soggy, burger and hot dog were completely drenched in condiments. My mother had a chocolate shake that wasn’t even properly blended. Not to mention that the building lights were completely off as if the people there didn’t even want to work.Overall, very disappointed. Customer service experience was poor.

I get there at 945 to order a slushy and you say your closed.

Every time I come here ;there always seems to be a problem. Not the food; the service in drive thru. They need a digital speaker. I always reread the order back just to confirm at the window. I understand not having certain product because deliveries. I get it. I'm patient enough to wait longer and let em know not rush. I've worked fast food" I GET IT. But it's Every time I'm missing one Main entree... when I order 3 items for a crew. Thanks though I'll just have remember every time now to not drive away.
