We went today for Brunch it was Awesome. Thank you Tina for telling us about this unusual Friday Brunch hours!! IT was amazing .The best part is Tina suggested taking home Pizzas for later that way I didn't have to cook was amazing!!!

Went to the kove for a drink the had a drink it’s an older crowd but it was cheap quick and good atmosphere. Frankly it’s on of the nicer places in sj they even have a grand ballroom on the 3rd floor I was pleasantly surprised definitely worth having a look at again

If you're in the mood for bad cocktails, this is the place. My party ordered Old Fashioneds, a Manhattan and a vodka martini. The Old Fashioneds and the Manhattan came out looking the same (bright red) and in the wrong glasses for the drinks. The martini came out in a tom collins glass. They all tasted terrible. I don't know how a bartender, even a new bartender, could not get these right. And reading through older reviews this issue has been noted before. So why is management not watching what is being delivered to the tables and this is still happening? It is also insulting to think that the customers won't notice the difference.

This used to be a solid spot for a nice cocktail and decent food. I would not recommend it. In the past, a Friday night was packed. Now there are plenty of empty tables and seats at the bar.

The bar food was fine.

Of note: Our server, Phyllis. She was efficient, friendly and helpful. She should get a raise for dealing with the inadequacies here.

Do better, Kove. Don't call yourself a bar if you can't make a standard cocktail.

Great place for dinner or just to have some drinks at the bar. Everyone was so nice and our bartender was very tentative. We met Ozzy who is the manager and he took time out of his busy schedule to sit and chat with us. I also love the fact that everytime I ordered a drink I also got a fresh glass of water. If you haven’t tried this establishment out yet, you should. You won’t be disappointed.

I have been to the Kove many times in the last couple of months. It never disappoints, the food is absolutely delicious, I go with a group of friends, everyone agrees the same about the food. Along with great food the atmosphere and the service is the best. I highly recommend the Kove, you won’t be disappointed.

Been to the Kove several times, it never disappoints, the food is the absolute best I have recommended the Kove to many friends, they all thank me after they have experienced it there, we all agree besides the food being great the service and the atmosphere is also the best. I highly recommend the Kove, if you haven’t been there yet, you have to try it. I make sure I go there once a week.

Do not waste your time or hard earned money on this restaurant. Honestly, can’t review the food, because we waited for 40 minutes, then left. The manager told us that the “chef” needed 35 minutes to prepare the meal. Well, none of the tables around us had food so I don’t know how that was going to magically happen.

My aunt just had an event at the kove recently, love how local it is. The manager, arial was awesome. She helped us with all of our specific needs and was responsive. It was overall a great experience, with great food and great service and I would recommend this venue to my friends and family. Definitely keeping this place in mind for future family gatherings!!

The Kove has new owners who are very pleasant and welcoming. management is very helpful and delivered options immediately upon any inconvenience. Events are GREAT to have there because they will work with your image of exactly what you want. from the lay out, service, bar, and food. reservations are helpful however they are not needed if you want to stroll in its causal. awesome service, food, and time there. love it!!!

We have been going to the Kove a few times a month for several years. In the last year new owners took over and the place has steadily declined. The waitresses are fabulous, especially Phyllis and the food , although unpredictable, good. However, the male owner is rude and unprofessional. After his behavior last night, we won't be back. Somehow the owner does not realize that regular diners that have not only supported the restaurant but recommended it to people who never knew about it should be treated at the very least decent. It's a shame because we were planning our wedding reception at the Kove and will miss the staff. If you want to be ignored and treated awful by the owner, this is the place to go.

Bad experience for our party. If it could go wrong it did go wrong! Mixed drinks not as described - missing obvious ingredients totally altering taste - totally mixed up individual checks at the end of the meal - obvious questions like would you like to see the dessert tray or like another drink totally missed . Can only surmise new inexperienced server and bar tender. Bottom line - no - too many other excellent bar and restaurant choices in this for a friends get together! What happened to the reliable, personable staff that once were a signature of this place? Missed Tina working at the bar! Food only OK though the chicken parm did get a rave review!
