We've been ordering from Toscanos for over six years, and they've consistently impressed us. In all that time, we've only encountered one pie that was slightly off—pretty good odds! Their delicious on the thinner-crust side pizza, flavorful garlic knots, crunchy crinkle-cut fries, and perfectly sized mozzarella sticks always hit the mark! Plus, the service behind the counter is exceptional.

Pizza was ok

My husband and I have ordered from this restaurant several times through Grubhub and last time had an issue with our chicken on the pizza being undercooked- we reached out to Grubhub for this one item and they refunded us and said they would contact the restaurant. I just tried to place another order and the restaurant cancelled my order twice and when I called, he told me he would not take another order from me until I paid him for the other pizza. This is absolutely ridiculous and by no means my fault as Grubhub was supposed to rectify this. I will never order from this place again and the manger is incredibly rude.

I visited in person recently. The man at the counter told me the menu's prices were outdated, and their pizzas were now 23 dollars, not the $18 price at which they were listed. (He first stated they were actually 22, but then corrected himself a few sentences later to 23.)

Assuming he was lying, I checked doordash, and even with doordash's upcharge, a large gourmet is 21.

I don't if this was the owner or just an employee, but it was pretty clear he was trying to pull one over on me.

Never again.

The Chicken Parm Pizza at Toscana's is one of the best pies you will ever have!! We live in an area where, within 2 sq miles of us, there are over 25 pizza shops and after trying the majority of shops around, I still come back to Toscana's for this pie among others!
