We dined here for the first time. Extremely pleased with the entire experience. Decor beautiful, plentiful selections on the menu, very well staffed with pleasant and attentive servers. The food was delicious and good portions provided. Allison was our server and could not have been more accommodating and pleasant, all while being completely professional. Looking forward to going back as well as trying other locations. Highly recommend.

Our First time here and all 4 of us loved it. We could chat easily since we haven't seen each other in a few months. Everyone had a different meal and loved it. I especially had the veal franchise with crab and the best veal ever. Someone had the Bronzino and loved that also. A crab dish with capellini and gnocchi dish was also excellent. Oh yes, desert excellent also.

The restaurant is one of the few open in the office season, so it can be crowded. It's on the smaller side, so it can be noisy. Sadly, the service really wasn't great. We had to ask 3 times for bread. Then we had to ask for butter. We asked 3 times, with 3 different people for a glass of ice, over a 20 minute span. We had to use the previous guests wine bucket to chill down the wine, too. The food was great, but the one entree appears to have been prepared too quickly and was cold by the time everything came out. My entree was delayed in arriving to the table, too. I'll end on a positive note. The desserts were delicious!

Excellent meal! Fairly unusually, the entrée's were even better than the appetizers! Very good, very enjoyable meal!

We had a very enjoyable experience at dinner the other night. We are regular diners at the other sister restaurants which are equally as great. Food was wonderful as was the service.

Beautiful outdoor area that we made a reservation for, but were told when we arrived that it was closed for a private event. The indoor space does not match the vibe of the menu or outdoor space. The cool vibe of the Polpo check folders should be reflected in the restaurant. Instead it feels dated l, brightly lit and the art on the walls is bizarre. Needs an update with better art and cool lighting. Our food was delicious, especially the speck wrapped artichokes and tiramisu. Service was great. Outdoor entrance has beautiful plants and the lit trees around town create a nice atmosphere.

We had a great deal of difficulty understanding our waiter. As a result we had some wrong orders. He tried to be funny to cover his difficulty understanding and that just made it worse. The food was good except the 3 couples all ordered the special appetizer but after waiting for it we were told there was no more mozzarella. When we didn't want to choose another then mysteriously we could all get that appetizer. I have been to Polpo numerous times. Usually my only complaint is the noise level. This time overall it was not a pleasant experience.
The food was excellent, as always. We had a great conversation with our waitress; she was very personable. We will definitely be back!

Food was great but service was awkward rushed. This is the second time they did not offer coffee and tea for dessert. What kind of restaurant doesn't even have a tea bag and boiling water!

Dined there many times and this was the worst kitchen service ever. Dinners were not delivered together and it took almost 15 minutes to deliver all dinners for a table of 6. Of you are short staffed, don't take that many reservations

Ordered seafood pasta special, was over sauced, barely any seafood, 3 shrimp and a few pieces of lobster claw. Was a breezy but warm night so indoors seating was full, air conditioning barely on; like eating in a sauna. Only highlight was good server.
