Quincy's Original Lobster Rolls

The wife and I were out and about and decided to try the Waterside location in Lakewood Ranch Fl. I have to say im a bit of a critic because we have family in Maine and have tasted all ends of the spectrum of lobster rolls from amazing to terrible and this place makes a great Lobster rolls with a spot on price comparable to Maine and other restaurants in the area. The staff member we dealt with was super nice I wish I would have got his name, but I do know he was from Jersey and had great knowledge knew the product well. We had 2 Connecticut rolls and they were great. I would say this place is worth checking out. Theres only outdoor seating, but you can easily walk around waterside and find a spot to kick back and enjoy or walk out enjoy their outdoor seating and it will complement their lobster rolls very well. They also have nice little selection of beers/beverages and a whole N/A fridge too.

Quincy’s Lobster Roll at Waterside Place: As someone who grew up in the Northeast and knows a thing or two about authentic New England-style lobster salad, I can confidently say that Quincy’s Lobster Roll at Waterside Place is absolutely delicious. The lobster was incredibly fresh, perfectly sweet, and generously portioned. The roll itself was just the right texture—soft and slightly toasted—and let the quality of the lobster shine. This was a true taste of home, and I’ll definitely be back!

We looked up lobster rolls on the internet, and stopped by the one at Cape May, NJ. Wow, what a let down. Little bit of bland lobster, no flavor, on a hotdog bun. Over 40 bucks for my wife and I. Save your money.

Sorry to be the debbie-downer but, the beef cheesesteak was not good and fries were soggy. We went there because of the high ratings. If they are true, we were obviously on a bad night.

Maybe I’m jaded from living in the west coast but I think the prices are very reasonable. I come here every time I’m in town since they opened and will continue doing so!

Insanely impressed with how delicious our lobster rolls and clam chowder were. My family has been eating lobster rolls from Rhode Island, Maine, CT, for as long as I remember and these are up there with the freshest and best we’ve ever had. 10/10 recommend!!!

Perhaps I am spoiled by the real thing in Maine. This was over priced and underwhelming. Won’t be going back.

Don’t waste your time or money,

Quick service, friendly too. Food was very good. Clam chowder, Chatham salad with lobster and jumbo lobster roll all fresh and delicious. Not a lot of outside seating but we were able to sit and eat at a table on the deck.

The lobster roll was great, the mac and cheese had a lot of lobster but was a bit bland. There was a long wait and not many seats. Overall would come back to pick up a lobster roll and try other menu items!

We took our grandchildren here for dinner. We were attracted by the 4.9 rating and the fact that they are kid friendly. The food was fantastic! We had macaroni and cheese, hot dogs, a lobster roll sandwich, and a lobster salad. Everything was delicious. They seem more of a take-out place, with some outside tables. The outdoor seating was limited and they do not have a high chair or a toddler seat, but we made it work. We will be returning.

Lobster rolls are legit. Had both the lobster bisque and the clam chowder, and would rate the chowder a little better. Glad we have this spot in AV

Casual No-Frills Walkup Dining option serving Lobster Rolls. Exactly what we were looking for...Great Lobster Roll with a good amount of Lobster Meat. Order and Pickup at the window. Limited tables available out front on the street.
