Very disappointing experience. When they first opened I went to just look around I thought. Was really nice. Was not offered any type of free workout to test the gym or anything and went on my way. Wanted to go one morning because I really have been considering to become a member there. When I called they said it was $25 to work out one day. That was just to much money. But, I was happy because one of my employees said they have a 3 day pass I can use. I logged in and confirmed it and everything. Went yesterday the lady took my ID said enjoy the 3 day pass it will expire after this Sunday! I said great. I had a great workout there and was actually planning on joining once the three days were up. Go there today the gentlemen said I couldn’t work out and I was given a pass when I first looked at it when they just opened. Well I never got any pass nor was told that I could workout. So he basically told me I was beat and couldn’t workout. Also the lady didn’t put any information in when I went yesterday. Good for you guys. I’ll just take my money somewhere else.

This facility is a great place to work out. All equipment is new and works well.Sauna and steam room are really great addition to pool area. The stuff is helpful respectful , and especially lifeguard Victoria who is always happy and enthusiastic even at 5 am

Victoria is an awesome life guard. She always is on time. Very positive. Never negative. Always says HAPPY Friday!!! With a big smile. She makes people want to motivate and hit the gym and stick with the new years resolutions.

I went there today with my husband. My husband is a member but I wanted to go as a guest to try out the gym. We get there and ask if you offer a free guest pass. Your front desk personnel said no, it's $25. Very excessive amount for a guest to want to work out. So I asked again, you don't offer like a 3 day or 7 day pass or even one day. Again, she said no, then asked do you plan on coming back. I said well no I mean I haven't even tried this gym out yet. I thought it was nice that you offer to add family members on to your account and could have considered joining. However after we left, because I'm not paying a months worth of workouts for one day, I went online and you actually do offer a 7 day free pass. We traveled 30 min to your facility for that, which is something your employee could have offered.That is what I call classic unacceptable customer service. That left a very bad taste in my mouth and thanks to your inadequate customer service, I won't be joining. Have a great day.

The front desk is so rude when inquiring about the free 7 day pass. At first when they opened everything seemed good when I went with a friend with a membership who added me on but a year later things seem to went down hill management wise. On 24Hr fitness 7 day trial ad that keeps popping up it sends you a link to sign up & in the ad also says no appointment needed so why when I go to try out with my friend before we sign up they say we can’t use the pass today? Anyway hope this gym improves

Worse gym ever. DO NOT was your money in this gym. Very poor management. They are very rude and disrespectful to their clients. We were push to the limit of canceling our membership because they thought my boyfriend was our trainer. They offer family and friends but you are not allowed to workout together at the same time or even tell your partner if they are doing something wrong. All they care is about making money and obviously they don’t care about anyone’s safety to prevent injuries. You should be allow to workout with your partner and your partner should be allow to tell you if you are doing something wrong. I understand the trainer s want to make money but not everyone can afford or need a trainer. That being said, I believe they need to change their whole management team otherwise this gym will not stay open for long.

Had a terrible start. Went there to try with a 3-day guest pass, and possibly buy membership for me and my wife. But this gentleman! Oh boy! was he pushy! He wouldn't relent from selling us one-year lock-in membership before even seeing the gym beyond the front desk. He started investigating our gym history in other places. Upon my insisting on trying before buying, he started judging our intent to join. Long story short. We excused ourselves and left, only for this pushy gentleman. The gym looked fine though.

Want to know what makes this gym stand out from others? It's the Staff/Managers/Personal trainers. The Team in Woodbridge Township on St Georges avenue in NJ has by far the best group of people working there. The Team is so welcoming, they feel like family. I have had an ongoing issue with my knee for quite some time and decided instead of surgery or cortisone injections I would try personal training to strengthen up the muscles around it. I have been training with Alan Ehiri for the past 5-6 months; because of him I am stronger, more stable and have more mobility. I appreciate his patience, knowledge and time! Alan is changing lives one person at time!
