Like most of the reviews you’re probably gunna want to say away from this location. Honestly since Covid Chipotle in general has gone down hill. I’ve gone 5 times mostly because I was trying to use my free chips and guac points but their system always “messes up”. It’s happened 3 separate times. Tried to use it the other day and they were out of chips. Also walked in one time probably like a half hour before closing they were out of chicken so we left.

Went Sunday with my niece for lunch. First thing is the places for people to sit and eat were all dirty as well as the fountain drink area. While the food is ok the price of 2 burritos and 2 drinks for $35 is overpriced. Then a customer asked for extra meat on her order and instead of just adding the meat the worker threw the order out and started another. Seems kind of a wasteful practice since food waste is a significant issue. Disappointed and don't think I'll be back anytime soon.

The employees act like you're bothering them when you walk up to counter to order your food. Most of them look annoyed to be working there. I live right down the street. So it's convenient for me, but I will never go here again because of the employee's in the atmosphere.

Placed an order for 8:00 PM, but when I got to the store there were like 30+ people also waiting for their order. It was clear my order would not be finished anytime soon, but Chipotle refused to refund my meal.

I want to provide feedback on my recent visit to this Chipotle. While most staff were friendly and helpful, I had a negative experience that affected my visit.
When we arrived, the chicken on display looked dry and was at the bottom of the tray. Fresh chicken had just come off the grill, and my husband requested that instead. The cook reacted with attitude—rolling her eyes and speaking to her coworker in Spanish, saying, “Why can’t he eat that?” She then delayed preparing the chicken, stepping away to take a drink while we waited, which caused our food to become cold.
While I was asking the cashier how much longer it would take and explaining that I was waiting for the chicken, the cook came to the counter uninvited in a combative manner. She spoke to me with attitude, did not apologize for the wait, and made comments about only having two hands and working since early morning. Her behavior made me feel uncomfortable, and it seemed she assumed my African American husband wouldn’t understand what she was saying.
I want to note that the other staff, especially the cashier, were polite and apologized for the delay. However, the overall experience was negatively impacted by the cook’s behavior, and the quality of our food suffered.

I would not recommend this store for pick up . 3 times in a row very late for pick up orders . They always have the priority for drive thru .
This places is so dirty garbage all over the tables , no tables are clean the floors are not sweep it’s dirty inside , the food is too salty , chicken not cooked right , not even cut right , even the drinks were not made right . This is the only chipotle I ever been too that was overall just terrible worst experience ever.

I love chipotle but this location is terrible!! The workers are very rude and nasty, act as if you are bothering them by coming in and ordering food. Additionally, all of the meat was overcooked and burnt. Portions are small and service is slow. Will never be returning to this location.
