Best food in woodbridge! Large portions, everything is fresh and homemade!

I never went to the old Woodbridge Deli but always heard how great their potato salad was. I finally went and was happy I did! I bought 1lb each of the potato and macaroni salads as well as a small chicken tortellini soup. They gave me a choice of whether I needed it heated or not which was great because I wasn't eating it right away. Everything was delicious! I generally make my own salads but I would buy these again. A pleasant surprise was the leaves of pechters rye for sale. I bought 1 of those too. I will definitely be going back!

So I was a bit confused at first because apparently this used to be Nora's But now is a newly reopened Woodbridge Deli at a different location than when it was on Amboy Avenue. I'm so glad they reopened because I used to love their food. I went yesterday and ordered a Reuben sandwich which was delicious and a pastrami, egg, and cheese, which was also delicious. The man at the counter also was very friendly and explained to me why I was confused and about the new ownership and new location. The food was so good and I took it to go, but I'll definitely be back.

My #1 place to go to all time. I love the service I get here, especially with how sweet the owner and many of the severs are here... not only that, their food makes you feel as if you're getting a nice toasty warmth in your stomach whenever you take a bite! Definitely recommend, love you Nora! ♡

I ordered from their catering menu. It was amazing. We did two 5 ft heros,Italian and American. Both delishious. Also ordered a tray of veg wraps which were very good .My favorite though was their pasta salad with tomato mozzarella and basil. That was incredible. I found the prices to be reasonable, and the service was excellent. I will be doing all of my catering from them from now on I highly recommend the place. Next time we will probably try ordering from their hot catering menu.

While in NJ to visit family, I searched out a diner with good ratings nearby. This one stood out. It was easy to find. We parked on the street as it was not too busy when we arrived.
It's a deli and a diner. The staff greeted us as we came in the door and were playful and joking the whole time. We ordered off the daily specials menu and shared a sandwich and soup. We were served quickly. The food was hot and flavorful. Really big portions. Well worth the drive. We will visit again.

My husband and I had lunch from Nora's new owners and it was amazing. My husband had the Swiss mushroom burger cooked to perfection and I had an exceptional pancake. All the food is fresh made to order. I would highly recommend them.

This place is great. It’s like a classic coffee shop, diner, and deli all in one. They have really good food and service. The quality is so much better than all of the corporate chain restaurants that dominate the area. Try the potato salad, coleslaw, and macaroni salad in particular. We’ll be going back to check out the brunch menu.
