Pathetic location, order is always late and not made as per your instructions.. not baked properly and the chef and manager probably save some toppings from each pizza and take them home..

Never again from this location. First things first pizza was like cardboard. Secondly, they really need to sharpen their cutting tool. Its one thing to eat crap pizza i mean we complain but still eat it. However if you cannot grab a slice because it's not cut properly then why even sell pizza.

This pizza Hutt sucks beyond any description words can describe. You get an email with an estimated time for your order. But when you get there - the lazy staff tells you it'll be another 30 minutes (with a straight face). This is a disgrace to the chain.

Horrible. My husband and I just ordered takeout and we arrived home extremely disappointed. We haven't had pizza hut in a very long time but didn't expect this. The pizza might as well be called cheesy bread because there was NO SAUCE. Extremely dry. We will not be returning.

We ordered the Triple Threat box that came with two pizzas, breadsticks, and a dessert of your choice. Firstly, the pizookie was our dessert of choice and when the food arrived it wasn’t even a pizookie. It was a brownie version of the same thing but not what we wanted! Then when I finally got home after a long day I tried grabbing a slice out the box and none of it was cut!! I was basically prying the slices apart with my fingers like CMON. Very frustrating. Then my last straw was realizing the brownie dessert we had gotten was not cut either. Forcing us to find a knife and cut it ourselves. Don’t waste your time here just got to a different location💔💔 Atleast the breadsticks were decent.

Very disappointed with this Pizza Hut location. I ordered a half super supreme and half cheese pizza. When I came by the said they were confused about it because it showed half cheese. I said yes I wanted a half cheese half super supreme. The said it may take time. I then saw them take a plain cooked cheese pie and put half of it with toppings and try to cook the toppings on top of a cooked pie. I waited with my 4 year old daughter for 15 more minutes in the store.
My daughter need to go to the bathroom but it was locked. I asked for the key and the employee said someone is in there. I said I don’t think so because I’ve waited 10 minutes and sitting to to the bathroom I never saw anyone go in there. She said it’s locked so someone’s in there. I made sure I knocked on door multiple times in front of the employee showing her that no one was in there. She chose to ignore me and pretend to help other people. What makes this even worse is my daughter is literally about to cry to go to the back room and yet the employee would not come and help. It wasn’t until it walked up to the counter and said there’s no one in the bathroom I’m knocking on the door and no one has answered my daughter need to go to the bathroom or she will go on your floor. That’s when she finally got a key and opened the door. Mind you, she kept saying some one was in the bathroom, however when she opened the door for my daughter she didn’t even knock. So with that I knew she knew no one was in the bathroom.
When I got home I opened my pizza and it was a joke. The topping all fell off the pizza by their shenanigans of trying to cover up their mistake. I complained to corporate about the service my daughter was given and about the pizza. But all they did was send me a generic email. It just seems like they allow this poor behavior in their stores

Lauren and her staff were amazing! It was very busy but she and her crew hustle to get my order out and she even open the box to make Sure it was correct ! They were all friendly.
Pizza was great, customer service and quality! Julio and the other team members were welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure that our pizza was hot, fresh and delicious! Fast takeout service!

First they hung up on me, second they decided to let the phone ring and lied about closing times (ordered a couple times at this hour lol.) Best part is they call me back 5 minutes later, don't say anything, I proceed to ask "You called me?" and they say "Yeah" and then I ask "Why did you call me back?" and then they don't respond.
Stellar experience would call again. This service is equivalent to none pizza left beef.
I'm ordering Dominos instead

My wife loved to dine in when the Woodbridge location was open. We recently had a large 1 topping pie, thin crust and we thought it was average. You cannot duplicate that dine in taste.
