Very nice staff! I recently visited to get a watermelon extreme smoothie. It is made with strawberries and a person in my party has an allergy. The staff went above and beyond to ensure there was no cross contamination. Even labeling the two smoothies. They were helpful from the drive-through speaker all the way through the window. I was served with a smile. Those staff members need a round of applause from management!

it reminds me why i go out of my way to come here !! the managers and workers are nice and informative, i have a lot of stomach problems and make substitutions to get protein easier, and they’re always so attentive !!
even the new training workers were so kind and if they didn’t have the answers, assured me they’d have one and reached out for help. super kind and respectful, your team keeps growing and you have amazing people coming to your team. thanks so much for a great experience every time ☺️🥳

I ordered online and did not like the drink at all. I mentioned this to the staff and they made me another one, but it tasted the same. Jerry came to the rescue with some suggestions and saved the day and most importantly gained this company a new customer as it was my first time there. The smoothie Jerry made for me was perfect. He took time to listen to me and delivered. Hard to find great customer service these days and I feel blessed to have met Jerry. The other ladies were very nice too and tried to help, but I do not know their names. Jerry really went above and beyond to help me out. He's a gem and a keeper. Whoever hired him should also get a raise. Thank you to your staff for a great job and for treating me like I matter. Job well done, Bravo!

Pretty good! Use the app to save $$. Ordering can be a bit tricky at first but the workers are nice & can guide you. The Gladiator and Angel Food w/ mango instead of banana is my faves.

My 3rd location. Slow here too. It is there business setup. More focused on drive-through and ahead orders than the customer in the store waiting.
My first experience there was 3/25, the place was clean & busy. There was a team of guys working that day & were very helpful. I had just ordered a large pineapple Smoothie, just fruit, ice, & s.all scoop of vanilla...I was shocked that it was $11 & change, but after 1 sip I was hooked...it was fabulous !!!! Well worth the price !!!I had returned on 3/27 for another pineapple smoothie hoping the guy who made my first 1 was there...but it was a girl team...after placing my order, she had made me a white colored smoothie which wasn't right....the original smoothie I had was pineapple yellow, not white....so the girl, with tattoos, after explaining the formula the guy made my first smoothie, she had added 2 kinds of powders to the mixture....which I didn't ask for, & handed me a pinkish colored smoothie instead with a slight taste of pineapple...Being very disappointed I had paid the $11 + . That wasn't right, I didn't like & left....the girl tried to explain that the pineapple was whitish because they weren't fully ripe....for a $12 smoothie the fruit should be on pointI will only go there when the guy team is there because the guy got it right, fruit, ice,small scoop vanilla.I feel that I should either get a free smoothie or discounted on my next visit there when the guy team is there.

I have always wanted to try Smoothie King and finally did! When I arrived I parked in the lot. I walked in and was greeted. The spot was super clean. I was torn on what I wanted because there were so many options. The employees were very helpful! I went with the Vegan Mocha Espresso smoothie, and it was healthy and tasty. I enjoyed my experience!
