Urban Air Park tricked me into a 12-month membership I didn't want. I thought I was buying single tickets, but now I'm locked in and can't cancel. Their support is rude and refuses to help. Avoid this place!

Ordered a pizza pie for the kids and was told it would be 20 minutes because of the parties that were going on. An hour and 30 minutes later, there was no pizza, and was explain that my order was given away to a party for the 2nd time. I asked for a refund, and their answer to this was giving me a burned pizza pie that nobody wanted. I can't make this up
My son's 5th birthday party was here and he had a blast!! Even the adults who had socks jumped and had a great time. Melanie our host was so amazing!!; Melanie was so fun and made the kids laugh. Melanie is very attentively to our party!!

Must go for indoor kids activities. They have trampolines, obstacle course, VR games, and lot many other games... Go on a regular day ot throw your kids bday party - they'll love it...
