Great for kids however when booking a party the young girl at front desk would not give me a view of party rooms or any information before the party until the day of the party. They should be able to do that so we know what we are paying for. This is the only trampoline party that I have encountered that does that and therefore that being the last time we book a party there.

Went here for a birthday party and the kids loved it . Location is a bit off and a little far from the central areas of NJ . Kids liked the mostly everything . Have been to other urban air location . Lots of activities for kids and usually they like it . They said that the pizza was good here . Birthday party was good and well serviced by staffs. Lots of parking outside . Not much of wait time in ticket counters. Overall a good experience

Ordered a pizza pie for the kids and was told it would be 20 minutes because of the parties that were going on. An hour and 30 minutes later, there was no pizza, and was explain that my order was given away to a party for the 2nd time. I asked for a refund, and their answer to this was giving me a burned pizza pie that nobody wanted. I can't make this up
My son's 5th birthday party was here and he had a blast!! Even the adults who had socks jumped and had a great time. Melanie our host was so amazing!!; Melanie was so fun and made the kids laugh. Melanie is very attentively to our party!!

Must go for indoor kids activities. They have trampolines, obstacle course, VR games, and lot many other games... Go on a regular day ot throw your kids bday party - they'll love it...

This place is super dirty and dusty like the staff's mouth that needs a lot of cleaning. Everything was closed and broken. The manager of this place is the worst customer service I have ever met and dealt with. NO manners at all and very unprofessional. No wonder this place is dead most of the time.
