Horrible. Soggy wings. Second time they’ve got my order wrong. This time they forgot an item, I called and they said they would refund me. I trusted they did this- they did not. Never ordering from here again.

I'm not sure what happened. Some wings were ok, others were so overdone the whole thing was crunchy. Worst food I've had at a buffalo wild wings.

Do not go here ! Just like with every other fast food chain now a days they just simply do not care there no thing as customer service they sit on there cell phones and than I wonder why my ranch isn’t in my bag when I drive 20 mins home I mean is the job that hard to put ranch in the bag my food was cold and under cooked barely any sauce I also waited for 20 minutes there were 2 other customers in there store and I only got two things .. got home no ranch or blue cheese in bag ! Place is gross

Always have great food. Service is top tear and always friendly. I go here just about every other day after the gym and its my go to place. Great food, great staff and quick service.

Too expensive for food that tastes the same as the frozen stuff you get at Costco and the ordering process is annoying

The employees park in the to-go lane which forces you to go in the store. Both employees on that day were smoking out back when I pulled up. When I mentioned I was annoyed by the situation and would be reporting it, they skimped on my fries.

The most amazing pleasant awesome experience I’ve ever had. The food was warm and yummy and I gobbled it all up😛😛 The service was excellent and the nicest people I’ve ever came into contact with in the whole wide world and galaxy and universe and New Jersey. The Buffalo Wild Wings go near me without fail constantly disappoint. Manahawkin and Barnaget both now. Ordered food, got there was told they didn’t have the sauce I wanted. Tried forcing another sauce down my throat and when told them I was okay didn’t want the food and would just take a refund. I believe the dudes name was Mike? tells me he can’t do that. Then proceed to walk in the back and complain to his female coworker about how the sauces are “the exact same and there’s no difference” one thing I’ve noticed is your kitchens on these take out spots are far to open to your public’s ears, if they’re going to constantly talk shit about the situations/ customers maybe considering closing the kitchen off from the waiting area? Or stoping hiring miserable people?

I had heard bad things about this particular location but I wanted to try it out for myself. Went in for the first time last night and everyone was right. I walked in and the first thing you hear is the music cursing up a storm for all the people to hear as soon as you walk in. Good thing my kids weren’t with me. Then, it took a few minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me. I ordered onion rings, honey bbq boneless wings, fried pickles and my drink of course which was about $25-$26. After waiting about 10 minutes I got my food. The wings were STONE cold 🥶. The pickles and the onion rings were ok I suppose but, how are the wings stone cold? I will never come back. Between the steep price, the below average service, the inappropriate music and the cold wings I’m good. Never again. Stay away it’s not worth it.

Don’t go here. They always leave out the sauces and celery and carrots , even though I tip You will consistently be cheated out of what u pay for here.

A wrap worth over $10 should contain more than two medium-sized chicken tenders worth of meat. An overpriced Starry (which is already the worst kind, given that other fast food chains’ and even convenience stores’ Starrys are way less watered down) should at least be filled to the top of the cup and not 75% ice. Fries were the only half-good thing I ordered, and they’re average AT BEST for the price, if not slightly overpriced themselves. Never ordering again.

Skeptical I ordered there through the website. Right on top it advertised GOBONLESS promo code and get 10 free boneless wings with $15 purchase. Worth a try, right? Then I see the promo. GET THE PROMO you definitely save with this. So I bought 3 different flavor boneless wings. Two promo ( 10 pieceboneless, fries, carrots, celery, dips $13.99, want a drink $1.00 more) and 1 promo 10 piece for free. After tax 3 very nice size meals, hot, fresh about $11 a piece after taxes. Food was good. My husband LOVES the Garlic parmesan wings, my son holy BBQ wings and me well I am a tradionalianist med buffet. Went again 2 weeks after again great wood . We order online and pick up everything. The promos and online orders are key.

This place sure did have a rough start, but so does EVERY SINGLE business that opens up in this area. The place is SUPER clean (you can see right into the kitchen!), there's plenty of space to sit down if you wish, and the staff? -----I'd take them home to teach my kids manners if I could! We love coming to this place, and really love the BOGO Thursdays, where we can eat for a reasonable price, and for a chicken joint...BEST burgers we have had in a loooooooong time!
