Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO'

Skeptical I ordered there through the website. Right on top it advertised GOBONLESS promo code and get 10 free boneless wings with $15 purchase. Worth a try, right? Then I see the promo. GET THE PROMO you definitely save with this. So I bought 3 different flavor boneless wings. Two promo ( 10 pieceboneless, fries, carrots, celery, dips $13.99, want a drink $1.00 more) and 1 promo 10 piece for free. After tax 3 very nice size meals, hot, fresh about $11 a piece after taxes. Food was good. My husband LOVES the Garlic parmesan wings, my son holy BBQ wings and me well I am a tradionalianist med buffet. Went again 2 weeks after again great wood . We order online and pick up everything. The promos and online orders are key.

This place sure did have a rough start, but so does EVERY SINGLE business that opens up in this area. The place is SUPER clean (you can see right into the kitchen!), there's plenty of space to sit down if you wish, and the staff? -----I'd take them home to teach my kids manners if I could! We love coming to this place, and really love the BOGO Thursdays, where we can eat for a reasonable price, and for a chicken joint...BEST burgers we have had in a loooooooong time!

Nasty manager and even nastier food. Extremely cheap portions, other than specified count selections. Gross.

I just got home from my first visit ever to BWW. I had 6 Thai Curry traditional wings , 6 mild traditional wings , French fries and a fountain drink . The place was clean and staff were very nice . I hate when the credit card machines asks you to leave a tip when all they did was take my order . Why would I leave a tip . I should get the tip . I drove there walked to the counter ,ordered my food , brought my food to my table and cleaned up my table and threw away my trash all the cashier that took my order is just stand there. The Thai curry wings weren’t what I was expecting . I was hoping for something like a sweet Thai chili sauce . I recommend that to be added to the menu. I ate a couple of those wings but they just weren’t my thing . The mild wings were good . I would order them again. The fries were covered in pepper but not bad nothing special . Just like any other fast food joint. The biggest reason I gave three stars is that none of the tables had any condiments…. Salt , pepper ketchup and the biggest thing they didn’t have was that they didn’t have any napkin dispensers anywhere. It’s a wing joint how do you expect a customer to eat 12 wings with the 4 napkins you put in my bag. I had to keep asking them for more napkins . But I will try again . I will add a pic. Try to find any napkin dispensers . Makes zero sense for a place that sells mostly wings .

My last complaint is on these reviews . I wish the owner that comments would actually explain what he is going to do to improve the place rather than just saying to fill out a form that he knows no one will do or call a number … do better .

The store gets a 5 for me. Been to multiple GOs in NJ and this team was great. Very helpful and nice and the food also hit the spot.

I don't really take time out to rank a resteraunt but this place was absolutely the worst. I had high hopes when they first came but this last time was it for me. I expected more onion rings for 6 bucks number one. My sons cheese curds you couldn't even cut through....and the boneless wings were like rocks. I hope this place shuts down. Not only that but I placed my order and then it still took 20 minutes after my time to get my actual order. Maybe they were cooking everything a third time to be unedible? I don't know who owns this local one but they do not know how to manage a place that deals with actual paying customers and expectations on how to deliver their product.

This place has gotten some crazy negative reviews, and I just wanted to come on and say as a frequent flyer that after a rough opening, they've come a long way! Staff is always smiling, and the food is always on point. Takeout is never as good as eating in the restaurant itself, but this is a WIN for me! I recommend the burger- YES THE BURGER! Best around!

Absolutely horrible service I ordered three meals all of which did not come with fries or at least that's what they told me but I know what I ordered not only that when I got home I found a pink spring looking hair in the bag they do not use hair nets beard nets overall just disgusting save your money

They Were Very Rude! My first Time There And they Messed Up my Order! Not To Mention raw Flour Batter still On the Chicken strips! And they wouldn't give Me A Refund! Said I'm Not Allowed back! Not To mention I Didn't Curse Or Yell. Im Getting Talked to By Three Different People! Very Very Very Unprofessional For it to Just Be Built Im just Disgusted Never Again!

We Ordered 2, 6 piece boneless wings, I paid then saw this sign 5 seconds after and they wouldn't honor their own deal nor was it mentioned AND they gave me wings with bones when I had to say boneless 5 times AND forgot my sauce. Doesn't deserve any stars. Yes it was a Thursday. Really sad, also I gave a tip, definitely coming here was a MISTAKE. better off getting wings anywhere else and heating them up. Atleast you'll get what you wanted. Bad business not honoring your huge sign... shameful and each employee new they were dishonoring it, maybe it's the power trip? So slow there too not like it was busy. Anyway thanks for a terrible experience.

I never knew Buffalo Wild Wings had a restaurant where you can just order food, pick it up then go without having to need to stay like most of their restaurants. This was a neat.

The employees were great, everything cleaned, and fast service. Would recommend to anyone in the area or out.

Tried for the first time yesterday. Took 10 minutes longer than the approximate time of pickup in the app. Fries were okay, potato wedges were great, but the wings were awful. They were so overcooked that they just weren't edible. I hope this was an isolated incident, because for the price, you expect more.

I figured this place needed a win. My wings were perfectly cooked and seasoned just right. They were very tasty (Lemon pepper and salt and vinegar dry rub) Plus the order was 4 minutes early so they were still hot. Very happy will definitely order again.
