Ordered over 88 dollars worth of food last night all my burgers chicken sandwiches everything was cold tried calling last night no answer call today they tell me to come in and they would re make it had me sitting there waiting 20 minutes to tell me they weren’t going to re make it reached out for a refund through the app and all they are willing to offer me is a 25 dollar coupon like I’m going to keep bringing my business there by far one of the absolute worst fast food places ever I will never be giving them a dime of my money again because they clearly show they don’t care about their customers

Although the renovations at the Barnegat Burger King look nice, the staff’s attitude hasn’t improved at all. They still can’t get a simple burger order right, no matter how many times you go. Even with a new fountain machine, the basics are overlooked—asking for ice in a large cup gets you maybe four or five cubes. Over the last few visits in the past couple of weeks, there hasn’t been a single positive aspect of the experience. Between wrong orders, lack of customer care, and poor service, I have no reason to ever return. Very disappointing.

I ordered a 12pc original mozzarella sticks open the box and only got 8, had to go in and get the 12 I ordered and now the 12pc I have now didn’t even have any cheese in them NOT VERY HAPPY RIGHT NOW

Waited 20 minutes for food. A lady came in from waiting in the drive thru and told the workers she'd been waiting for 25 minutes. We ordered the 8-piece nuggets and a whopper, both with fries. Waited the 20 minutes. Received only 6 nuggets. No sauce. Workers were talking to their friends in the store when we came in. Seemed not to care that people were waiting. Manager looked frazzled. I tried to warn another waiting customer not to order. He did anyway and walked out later with his food. He came back 7 minutes later because his sandwich was wrong.

Ordered online $40 worth of sandwiches and fries on instacart when it arrived found out fries are not in bag called to complain was hung up on 8 times will never order here again save your money.
Every time I come here late at night, Nick is a pleasure to deal with!!! He’s very friendly and that’s rare to find at a drive thru at 12:30 in the morning. TBH it’s hard to find anyone friendly at any drive thru at any time of the day these days. Nick makes me want to come back to this location every single time. If I could do more than 5 stars I would! Keep up the great work Nick!!!
