So the guy at the counter was super nice but the female manager seemed like someone just drowned her puppy. You would think after spending 30$ in food you would be entitled to more than 1 container of sauce but maybe like put up a sign or something if you're going to charge people. Paid 1$ for 3 extra sauces which is what it is but you would think at that point they would give you the right ones and I wouldn't have to go back in to switch out the sauces they gave me for the right ones

I visited BK on 2/26/25 and I must say, they were on point. Service was the best I've experienced here. Food was hot and good for the first time ever. Guys at the window were so friendly. I dropped my card and they got dove through the window to retrieve it for me! Didn't need to ask for ketchup, napkins, straw, or salt! IDK if it's under new mgt. but, great job BK!

I pulled up to order and sat for 5-6 mins with no one answering. I repeatedly said hello can I order. Finally I gave up and started to pull away and the speaker worked for the car. I was livid. A waste of time. I call to talk to manager bc it's a little ridiculous they had only one car before me and no one in lobby. Manager for tonight who ever is on .. wow. Work on your customer service. Your response "our systems don't work sometimes" I responded for 5-6 mins? I asked for store number and corporate number. Manager gives me store number but then lays into me ma'am ma'am ma'am I've already apologized look it all up online" and you hung up! Even ruder. What a waste of time. And damn that's a great manager you got there. Rude AF.

Just spent $14 here on 2 cheeseburgers, 1 medium fry, and a medium drink. Then I asked for 2 Sweet and sour sauces and they had the audacity to try to charge .33 cents for each one. Had BK in another town 2 weeks ago and was NOT charged for sauce.
ILL NEVER SPEND A DIME HERE AGAIN.
Also, your employees are LOUD and obnoxious even with customers eating in the dinning room.
Bathrooms are filthy and smell like urine bad. Disgusting

It’s getting to be more expensive having lunch at a Burger King than a regular neighborhood deli where you can get fresh sandwiches made to order! But I do love the onion rings!

Just wanted to say I brought my two kids here after a beach day and the manager lady (I wish I remembered her name) was extremely accommodating and personable when we ordered and even made my over hungry daughter smile. She was very friendly to all the customers too. I believe it's hard to find people with a great attitude, especially in the fast food environment. I hope when we go there she will be there.
